It’s been a long time since we’ve mentioned this, but you can leave your feedback to us at t.me/tgdrbot?start=thedevs.

Reviews are public and viewable at https://tgdr.io/@thedevs

In case you didn’t know or you might have missed, tgdr.io is a website we’ve created to help people discover Telegram channels, bots, and groups easier.

So if you want, go ahead and submit your own channel, bot, or group in tgdr.io and share the review link to gather feedback.

We review submissions manually to ensure a minimum level of quality for the entries present on the website.

Hey,

I’ve been inactive here for a while eh? Well I’ve been making videos, two to be precise.

I’ve created a new channel along my other channel, so I can upload my casual video there.

1. Next.js to htmx – A Real World
On this one I go through my journey from Next.js to htmx while refactoring Kutt and share my thoughts on the state of web development.

You can watch it here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RL4NvYZDT4

2. What Can You Do with a Particle?
I made this one a few months ago but didn’t share it here.
Well, it’s about particles, computer graphics, and WebGL.

You can watch it here:

Hey,

It’s update time!

For the past few months I’ve been working on Kutt—the URL shortener that I’ve also been using for links on this channel—and finally released a new version a while ago.

Kutt was created on early 2018 as an open source The Devs project—imagine how old The Devs itself is!—and had been functioning since. But Kutt’s last version was release on 2022, and since it relied on JavaScript frameworks (R.I.P.), I had no choice but to update it.

So on this new version I’ve decided to remove React, Next.js, TypeScript and a bunch of other stuff. Some new features are added, and around 100 issues are closed.

You can check it out on GitHub:
https://github.com/thedevs-network/kutt

And read the changelog if interested:

Oh, and if you’re feeling kind, you can now support The Devs, our community and our projects, by making a donation. We can only accept Bitcoin for now:
