Molti sottovalutano aspetti come il fumare, bere alcol, mangiare carne, caseari e cibi processati (con pesticidi e senza ingredienti 100% naturali) perche non sanno cosa creano e perche ce li pubblicizzano cosi ossessivamente davanti agli occhi. Impariamo a coltivare il nostro cibo.
