💬 Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin said he supports the multichain ecosystem concept, but is "pessimistic" about crosschain bridges. He called the latter vulnerable to 51% attacks.
According to Buterin, if an attacker succeeds in capturing most of the blockchain's power, he will not be able to take away users' cryptocurrency because it "would violate the rules of the protocol. He stressed that crosschain bridges do not provide such guarantees, which means there is a risk of losing money.
"Even if there is a perfect bridge based on ZK-SNARK that fully validates the consensus, it is still vulnerable to theft through 51% attacks," he said.

Gerakan BTC dah tak relevan utk Alt Coin?
For me, dari 2020 lagi, majoriti altcoin slowly berusaha utk lepas dari cengkaman naik turun BTC, The way i see it, kebanyakan crypto skang naik turun dah tak ikut BTC dah, tp ikut event dan byk bergantung pd keadaan ekonomi dunia, maybe dalam tempoh 3-5 tahun rasanya BTC dh tak relevant digunakan utk predict gerakan altcoin.
