Topic: I Love My Be
d

Today, I know you are tired.
Not just physically, but mentally too. The life you are living right now is not easy. Balancing studies, pressure, uncertainty, and expectations is never simple.

That is why, today, I have a small request for you: If possible, sleep like a child tonight.

Because a child sleeps without fear of tomorrow. Without anxiety about results. Without replaying mistakes of the day.

You deserve that kind of sleep too.

And why am I asking you to sleep like a child today?

Because the coming week is going to be full of action.

So today, before the battle begins again, say to your bed: “I love you.” Hug your pillow and tell it: “Please take care of me tonight.”

Let your bed accept you.
Let your pillow absorb your worries. And let you sleep, peacefully, deeply, and without guilt

Lights off.
Good Night

Good Morning, Dear students,

There are a few important updates we want to share with you:

1. NABARD Grade A Day-by-Day Study Plan

The NABARD Grade A Day-by-Day Study Plan will start in this group from Wednesday, 17th June. You will get daily study targets, and if you follow the plan sincerely, your entire NABARD Grade A preparation will be taken care of in a structured manner.

2. NABARD Grade A Full Course Launch

Our NABARD Grade A Full Course will be launched on 29th June. The course will cover all the important areas required for NABARD Grade A preparation, including ARD, ESI, Current Affairs, Descriptive preparation, and other relevant sections.

3. Before You Start NABARD Preparation

Before starting your NABARD preparation, please make sure that you do not fall into any marketing trap. First, understand whether NABARD Grade A is actually the right exam for you or not.

NABARD has Agriculture and Rural Development (ARD), which is a unique paper in itself. So before investing in any package, you should first check whether you are comfortable with ARD or not.

You can watch our free ARD classes on YouTube, study from them, and then decide. If you feel comfortable with ARD, then only you should start your NABARD preparation seriously and invest in any course/package.

Do not purchase any package until and unless it genuinely makes sense for your preparation.

4. RBI Grade B Phase 1 Cut-off Prediction

For RBI Grade B Phase 1, based on the responses and marks shared by multiple students, we are expecting the cut-off to be in the range of 100–105. On the lower side, it may go up to around 98.

So, if you are scoring around this range, above this range, or even close to this range, you should start your Phase 2 preparation immediately.

Thank you.
Have a nice day!

And today, they are understanding ARD, enjoying the classes, and building confidence for NABARD Grade A.

You can start too. ❤️

If ARD feels difficult right now, don’t worry.
With the right explanation, examples, and exam-oriented approach, it can become one of the most scoring sections for you.

Dear Students,
Greetings!

We have covered a powerful article on why India needs Patient Capital to build strategic industries and reduce external vulnerabilities.

How trade deficit and electronics imports create external pressure
Why private capital avoids deep-tech and long-gestation sectors
Meaning of Patient Capital

Message of Mentor

Dear students,

I hope you rested well today and enjoyed your Sunday.

Now, from tomorrow, a very important and challenging week begins.

Not because the syllabus is difficult, but because the mind will create confusion.

RBI students may feel:
*“Let the Phase 1 result come first, then I will study.”*

NABARD students may feel:
*“Let the notification come first, then I will start.”*

This is natural. This is human behaviour. So I will not blame you for feeling this way.

But my simple advice is this:

Tomorrow, after completing your basic morning routine, first sit down and decide:

What exactly am I going to do in the next 7 days?

For RBI Grade B aspirants, even if you feel there is only a 2–5% chance of clearing Phase 1, start your Phase 2 preparation.

For NABARD Grade A aspirants, this is the right time to get organized because our day-wise NABARD study plan is starting this week.

This week will test your discipline, clarity, and courage.

So sleep well tonight.

But tomorrow, wake up with a plan.

Because in uncertain phases, the students who still continue are the ones who finally move ahead.

Dear NABARD Grade A Future Officers,

I hope this news helps you connect one important ARD theme: India’s gradual shift towards organic farming and organic inputs.

Read today’s Quick Decode below.
👨‍🌾 Chapterss Quick Decode | Episode 21

1. The Core Development: Organic Manure Procurement Has Jumped Sharply

👉 Farmers have bought 1.1 million tonnes of organic manure in the ongoing kharif sowing season. This is a sharp rise from 320,000 tonnes in the same period last year, meaning procurement has increased by around 3.5 times.

👉 The major message is that farmers are showing greater interest in organic manure, which indicates a gradual shift towards organic and sustainable agricultural inputs.

2. Why This Matters for Organic Farming

👉 Organic manure is important because it improves soil health, adds organic matter, supports microbial activity and can reduce excessive dependence on chemical fertilisers over time.

3. The Chemical Fertiliser Angle Is Still Important

👉 The article does not say that chemical fertilisers are disappearing. Instead, it says there is a gradual shift from chemical fertilisers. This distinction is very important.

👉 Indian agriculture still depends heavily on chemical fertilisers for crop production, especially during major sowing seasons like kharif. So, organic manure should be understood as a growing complementary input, not as an immediate replacement for chemical fertilisers.

4. Fertiliser Stock Position for Kharif 2026

👉 The government has also stated that the overall fertiliser stock position is comfortable and there is no challenge in availability. For kharif 2026, total fertiliser demand is estimated at 38.3 million tonnes.

👉 As of now, available stock is 19.7 million tonnes, which covers over 51% of the total seasonal requirement. Since the usual stock level at this stage is around 33%, the current position is considered comfortable.

5. What Should Students Learn From This?

👉 For ARD, this news should be linked with two themes together: the growing use of organic manure and the continued importance of fertiliser supply management.

👉 Organic inputs support long-term soil health, while adequate fertiliser stock ensures short-term crop nutrition and smooth kharif sowing.

A balanced nutrient management approach is therefore more realistic than seeing organic and chemical inputs as completely separate worlds.
