Message of Mentor
Topic: 30 Days

Dear RBI Future Officers,

This message was supposed to be posted at 12:00 a.m., because from now, only 30 days are left for RBI Grade B 2026 Phase 1.

But before you read further, understand one thing clearly, the objective of this message is not to scare you. The objective is only to make you aware, alert and honest with yourself.

At this stage, ask yourself a few simple questions:

Is everything going fine?
Is your preparation properly structured?
Are you following a clear plan?
Are you revising enough?
Are you practising enough MCQs?
Are you actually moving towards selection, or just staying busy?

If the answer to all these questions is yes, then keep going. Trust your process, stay disciplined and continue with the same intensity.

But if your honest answer is no, then this is the time to take the right decision.

You still have time.
You can still bring structure.
You can still improve your accuracy.
You can still revise properly.
You can still increase your speed.
You can still do the magic that is needed to clear Phase 1 this year.

These 30 days can change everything, but only if you stop delaying the decisions that your preparation needs.

So tonight, don’t panic. Just reflect.
And from tomorrow, move with clarity, discipline and full seriousness.

Good night,
Team Chapterss

Dear Future Officers,

In the last two months, I have read and covered several editorials and speeches by senior RBI officials, but this one genuinely stands apart.

In this speech, RBI Deputy Governor Poonam Gupta explains some extremely relevant topics for your preparation:

1. India’s growth trajectory and decadal acceleration
2. The concept of a virtuous cycle of growth and stability
3. The per capita income story: strong GDP growth with slower population growth
4. The “Triad of Stability”
5. State-level dynamics: convergence, divergence.

Many concept that even we found new and extremely valuable as a teacher.

My sincere request: please read this one carefully. It will add real depth to your preparation.

Wow, this is genuinely historic.

₹1,980,000,000,000 😲😳
₹1.98 trillion

This is the total net profit booked by all Public Sector Banks in FY26.

Public Sector Banks have now reported profit for the 4th straight year, which clearly shows that the PSB turnaround story is becoming stronger and more structural.

Important Numbers to Remember:

1. PSB net profit growth in FY2
6: 11.2%
2. SBI net profit in FY26: SBI recorded its highest-ever annual net profit of ₹80,032 crore.
3. Deposit growth in FY26: 10.6% YoY
4. Advances growth in FY26: 15.7% YoY
5. Gross NPA ratio as of March 2026: 1.93%
6. Net NPA ratio as of March 2026: 0.39%
7. Recoveries from written-off accounts: ₹86,971 crore

Notice where the credit is flowing! The Ministry explicitly highlighted the RAM segment (Retail, Agriculture, and MSME). RAM advances grew by 18.1%, 15.5%, and 18.2% respectively, driving broad-based economic growth and financial inclusion

Future of PSBs looks bright!

Points to note

1. The Centre has formally notified the implementation of the Viksit Bharat Guarantee for Employment and Livelihood Mission (Rural) Act, called VB-G RAM G Act.

2. The new Act will come into force in all States and Union Territories from July 1, 2026.

3. Existing e-KYC verified MGNREGA job cards will remain valid until new Gramin Rozgar Guarantee Cards are issued.

4. Workers without job cards can continue to register at the Gram Panchayat level and Workers will not be denied employment due to pending e-KYC.

5. Under the new Act, every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work will be entitled to 125 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year. This is an increase from the existing 100-day employment guarantee under MGNREGA.

Dear Students,

Small but important update in the NABARD ARD Course.

Earlier, the descriptive quiz had 1 question evaluated by our team. Now, we have added 2 descriptive questions in every chapter test, and both will be evaluated by our team.

The objective is simple: write more, practise more, get evaluated, and improve your descriptive score test by test.

Also, our fresh chapter, Chapter 2: Farming System and Cropping System, will begin from tomorrow.

Please revise Chapter 1 once, because a strong understanding of Chapter 1 will help you understand Chapter 2 much better.

Dear Future Officers,

These 7 appeals made by the PM are not just simple suggestions, they are highly exam-relevant.

They can be directly linked with:

Management: Nudge Theory and leadership
Economy: Impact on Balance of Payments

We have already covered the impact of these 7 appeals in our Daily News and Editorial Course.

Do read them carefully. This is exactly how static concepts are connected with current affairs.

Message of Mentor (MoM)
Topic: The Real Game of Mocks

Dear Future Officers,

If you are preparing for RBI Grade B, I am sure you must have seen different approaches towards mock tests.

Some students flex their mock scores.
Some students go under pressure after seeing low marks.
Some students attempt mocks but remain confused about what to do after that.

My dear friends, please remember one thing very clearly: mock marks are not your final reality.

If you are scoring high, maintain your calm.
If you are scoring low, again maintain your calm.

Mocks are not meant to give you overconfidence or demotivation. Mocks are meant to give you analysis.

After every mock, ask yourself three simple questions:
1. What silly mistakes did I make?
2. Were these mistakes avoidable?
3. How many marks did I lose because of these avoidable mistakes?

Now calculate those lost marks and add them to your actual mock score. You will realise that your real potential is often much higher than what the mock score is showing.

Also, after every mock, you will find some questions where you feel, “I could have solved this faster,” or “I knew this, but I approached it wrongly.” That is exactly where your learning lies.

Make a note of such mistakes.
Understand the better approach.
Do not repeat the same mistake in the next mock.

That is the real purpose of mocks.

So from now onwards, after every mock, don’t ask only,
“How many marks did I score?

Ask:
“How many marks were actually under my control, but I lost because of my own mistakes?”

Understood?

Good Night

🌅 Good Morning, Future Officers!

Today’s Positive Manifestation

“I am grateful for my parents’ support and sacrifices. I’ll study with sincerity to make them proud and secure their future.”

“मैं अपने माता-पिता के सहयोग और त्याग के लिए आभारी हूँ। मैं पूरे मन से पढ़ाई करता/करती हूँ ताकि उन्हें गर्व और सुरक्षित भविष्य दे सकूँ।”

Repeat it 5 times and begin your day with gratitude and responsibility.
Hey, did you notice the hike in milk prices today?

Milk Prices Rise by ₹2/Litre

We all know that inflation means a general rise in the prices of goods and services. Here also, the rise in milk prices is definitely a case of inflation.

But the real exam-oriented question is:
Which type of inflation is this?
