Dear Future Officers,
“कर्म पर ध्यान दो, फल की चिंता मत करो।”
“Focus on your actions, not on the results.”
This thought has stayed with me throughout my journey. Because the truth is, results are never fully in your control, but actions always are.
Right now, many of you are thinking:
“Will I clear Phase 1 or not?”
But pause for a moment, this is the wrong question.
The real question is:
Are you focusing on your actions?
Are you completing your daily targets?
Are you revising consistently?
Are you analyzing your mistakes?
Because at this stage, action matters more than outcome.
Even if your targets get delayed, it is okay, but they must be completed.
Keep your focus simple:
Action → Action → Action
Results will follow. They always do.
Also understand this clearly,
This year, Phase 1 is going to be very competitive.
Even getting into the top 600 will not be easy.
That means your actions must reflect discipline, sincerity, and consistency at the highest level.
