2. Avoid unnecessary noise - Don’t waste time on Telegram or multiple YouTube videos. Everyone will say the same thing, focus on your prep.

3. Do not miss your targets - Consistency matters more than any notification.

4. Do a 1-hour SWOT analysis.- Identify your strengths and weaknesses. Start planning how to work on them.

5. Plan your mocks smartly - Decide how many tests you need based on your level. Weak area → more tests. Strong area → limited tests. But ensure at least 7 full-length mocks.

Most important, hold your nerves.
Do not fall into emotional urgency.
Stay focused. Stay disciplined.

After our discussion on the 600 seats in Phase 1, something concerning has emerged. A few of you have misread the message.

You’ve started believing that reaching the top 600 is now “easier.”
That somehow, the competition has diluted.

Let me correct this, very clearly.

Even getting into those 600 is extremely difficult. RBI Grade B Phase 1 is not an exam you clear casually.

Earlier, with 40 seats, you were serious.
Now, with this new perspective, some of you have become comfortable.

That comfort will cost you.
Ask yourself honestly:

1. Are your daily targets complete? Or are you watching IPL while your syllabus waits?
2. Are you consuming random YouTube and Telegram content? Or are you doing what actually moves the needle?

Because if your targets are pending and your time is leaking…

You won’t make it to top 20,000, forget 600.

This journey is not about numbers.
It’s about standards.

Every hour matters.
Every day compounds.
Every decision builds or breaks your attempt.

And remember this:

If you clear Phase 1, your real chances begin.
But if you don’t. nothing else matters.

So don’t relax.
Don’t drift.
Don’t negotiate with your discipline.
