Dear Students,
Today morning at the gym, I noticed something that stayed with me.
Two very young kids, probably in Class 4 or 6.
They were running on the treadmill.
Trying small exercises.
Lifting 1–2 kg dumbbells with full seriousness on their faces.
And honestly, it felt nice to see.
They looked happy, energetic, and disciplined.
But at the same time, something quietly shifted inside me.
For a few minutes, I was no longer in the gym.
I was in my own childhood.
I remembered playing gully cricket till it got dark.
Running endlessly in parks.
Going to local stadiums with friends.
Laughing, shouting, competing — without any plan, without any pressure.
We were also active.
We were also learning.
Just, in a very different way.
And that’s when a simple thought came to my mind.
The generation we are in today,
and the one we grew up in,
are very different.
Neither is right. Neither is wrong.
Just different.
But today, I don’t want to analyse anything.
I just want you to pause for a moment.
Take 5 minutes.
Go back to your childhood.
Think about those small things, the games, the people, the evenings that never felt long enough.
I can guarantee you one thing, you will feel lighter. You will smile.
And sometimes, in the middle of preparation, pressure, and expectations…
