Topic: Nirmal Purja

Nirmal Purja was a former Gurkha and UK Special Forces soldier who became one of the worldโ€™s greatest mountaineers. The world remembers him for climbing all 14 mountains above 8,000 metres in only six months and six days, a feat that had previously taken nearly seven years. His remarkable journey was documented in Netflixโ€™s 14 Peaks: Nothing Is Impossible.

Today, the world is mourning his loss. Nirmal Purja tragically lost his life in an avalanche while climbing Broad Peak in Pakistan

But what should we, as students, learn from him?

He attempted a goal that experts considered unrealistic. He faced rejection, brutal conditions, exhaustion and uncertainty but he never allowed the difficulty of the mission to weaken his commitment

Your examination may also appear difficult. The syllabus may look enormous, and progress may sometimes feel slow. At that moment, remember Nirmal Purja:

Do not reduce your goal because the journey is difficult. Increase your discipline.

You do not have to conquer the entire mountain today. Just take the next step one chapter, one revision and one sincere study session at a time.

The mountain is not asking whether you are tired.
It is asking whether you are committed enough to continue.

Remember, you were not made to remain at the base camp. You are meant to reach the summit and you deserve to witness the view that awaits you at the top.

Topic: X and Y

Dear Future Officers,

Over the last two days, I spoke to two students, let us call them Student X and Student Y.

Student X has reached the verge of selection at least three times, while Student Y has come extremely close at least twice. And honestly, when I look at their preparation, discipline, knowledge, and overall performance, I do not find any major fault or obvious gap.

When they ask me, โ€œSir, where did I go wrong? Why is this happening to me again and again?โ€, sometimes even we, as teachers, do not have a clear answer.

There are moments when a student does almost everything correctly, yet selection remains just a few marks away. Perhaps timing, circumstances, or luck also plays a role that cannot always be explained logically.

Today, I request all of you to send your prayers, good wishes, and positive words to every sincere aspirant who is repeatedly reaching very close to selection but is still waiting for that final result.

I am not revealing their names because they requested privacy. But through your comments, you can still remind them:

You are capable. You are deserving. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed, and your day will surely come.

Never think that your success must come at the cost of someone elseโ€™s failure. This journey should not be: โ€œI must succeed before everyone else.โ€

It should be: โ€œWe will all succeed, each at the right time.โ€

When you genuinely pray for someone elseโ€™s success, that positivity does not reduce your chances. It creates a healthier environment, strengthens everyone, and eventually finds its way back to you.

So today, leave one kind and encouraging message for all those students who are tired, disappointed, but still refusing to give up.

May every deserving aspirant receive the result for which they have worked so honestly.

Dear Future Officers,

If you have watched ESI Class 1, please share your honest feedback, suggestions and areas of improvement with us. We will try to incorporate the relevant suggestions from ESI Class 2 onwards.

We have always remained open to constructive feedback, not only for ESI, but also for our ARD, Current Affairs and other classes.

For us, the most important outcome of any class is simple: your concepts should become clear. The teaching style may differ from teacher to teacher, but if the concept is clear, the purpose of the class is achieved.

Also, ESI and ARD classes will now run simultaneously, so get ready for many new videos.

Jalaj Sir has already started working on the next ARD chapter, Water and Irrigation Sources, and its classes will begin uploading tomorrow.

So, please watch the classes and keep sharing your feedback. It genuinely helps us improve.

Dear Students,
Greetings!

Today, we have covered a must-read editorial on Agricultural Research, ICAR and the Future of Indiaโ€™s Farm Productivity.

Now ask yourself:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Why is agricultural research considered one of the highest-return categories of public expenditure?
๐Ÿ‘‰ How much return does every โ‚น1 spent on agricultural research generate?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Why are subsidies alone not enough to solve Indiaโ€™s long-term agricultural challenges?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Why is India spending more than 44 times on subsidies compared to agricultural research and education?
๐Ÿ‘‰ How can climate-resilient varieties, biofortified crops and extension services transform Indian agriculture?

This editorial will help you understand why the future of Indian agriculture depends not only on subsidies, but on research, technology, extension, climate resilience and productivity-led growth.

There is something beautiful about dancing.

You donโ€™t need to be a trained dancer. You donโ€™t need perfect steps. You donโ€™t even need an audience.

Just put on a song you love and let your body move.

When you dance, your entire body comes alive. Your mind becomes lighter, your energy changes, and for those few minutes, you forget your worries. It is one of the simplest and most natural ways to feel happy.

So hereโ€™s a small request from me.

Take just 10 minutes for yourself. Close the door if you want, play your favourite song, and dance without thinking about how you look.

You donโ€™t have to prove that youโ€™re Michael Jackson. Just enjoy the music and let yourself be free.

I can almost guarantee that by the end of those 10 minutes, youโ€™ll be smiling.

In a world filled with stress, pressure, and constant distractions, finding genuine moments of joy is priceless.

So whenever you get those 10 minutes, donโ€™t hesitateโ€ฆ

Just dance. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บโค๏ธ

Important Notice Regarding Todayโ€™s Classes

Dear Students,
Good Morning.

Due to continuous heavy rainfall in our area for the past 24 hours, we have been facing frequent and prolonged power cuts. Although we have a power backup system in place, it has been operating continuously and may not support uninterrupted class delivery if the present situation continues.

At the same time, both Devanshu Sir and Jalaj Sir are experiencing mild flu-like symptoms this morning. Considering the health of the faculty and the possibility of further electricity disruptions, we have decided to postpone the following classes scheduled for today:

Current Affairs Class โ€“ 8:00 AM
ESI Class 2 โ€“ 5:00 PM
ARD Class 48 โ€“ 9:00 PM

This decision has been taken only to ensure that the classes are delivered properly, without interruption or compromise in quality. The faculty will use today to rest and recover, while our back-end and student-support teams will continue to operate as usual. You may contact us through call or email in case you require any assistance.

Please be assured that the postponed classes will be uploaded on Sunday, so that the academic schedule and backlog remain properly managed.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience and hope you will understand the circumstances. We will keep you informed if there are any further updates.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear Students,
Greetings!

NEP 2020 completed 6 years. GREAT!

But ask yourself honestly:

Has India really implemented NEP, or have we only changed the structure on paper?

Today, we have covered an important article on NEP 2020: Six Years Later and the Implementation Gaps in Indian Education.

Through this article, you will understand:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Why NEP 2020 replaced the 34-year-old National Policy on Education, 1986.
๐Ÿ‘‰ What is the 5+3+3+4 school structure.
๐Ÿ‘‰ How the Academic Bank of Credits is supposed to help students.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Why the Higher Education Commission of India is still pending.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Why the 6% of GDP education spending target remains a major challenge.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Why credit transfer, faculty autonomy, teacher training and experiential learning are still facing ground-level bottlenecks.

This is an important article to understand that education reform is not just about announcing a policy; it is about funding, capacity, autonomy and classroom-level change.

Read it today in our Editorial Course only.
