Topic: Standing in the Rain 🌧️

Sometimes, standing in the rain feels like taking a break from everything that has been running inside your mind.

For a few moments, the noise becomes softer. The pressure of targets, pending tasks, expectations, comparisons, and uncertainty begins to feel a little distant. The rain does not solve every problem, but somehow, it makes the heart feel lighter.

Each drop feels like it is washing away a little stress, a little fear, and a little heaviness that you may have been carrying silently.

Preparation can become overwhelming at times. There will be days when you feel productive, and there will also be days when even small tasks feel difficult. On such days, do not be too harsh on yourself. Pause for a moment. Breathe deeply. Allow your mind to settle.

You do not always need to have every answer immediately. You do not need to feel motivated every single day. Sometimes, simply slowing down and giving yourself a little space is also a part of moving forward.

So, whenever life feels too heavy, imagine yourself standing peacefully in the rainβ€”letting the pressure fall away, one drop at a time.

And then remind yourself:

You are trying sincerely.
You are growing quietly.
You are doing better than you realize.

Thank you Rain. 🌧️✨

🚨 I Bet You Don’t Know Urea!

Is urea an organic fertilizer or an inorganic fertilizer?
The correct answer is not as simple as it appears.

In ARD Class 44, we clear this confusion and cover:

βœ… Manure vs fertilizer
βœ… Bulky and concentrated organic manures
βœ… Straight, complex, mixed and complete fertilizers
βœ… Urea, SSP, MOP, DAP and MAP
βœ… Fertilizer-use efficiency
βœ… Neem-coated urea
βœ… Basal application, top dressing, foliar spray and fertigation
βœ… Integrated Nutrient Management

Hello Students,

I am Jalaj, your faculty for ARD.

First of all, thank you so much for the love, trust and appreciation you have shown towards the ARD series. Please do not worry about the syllabus. We are now increasing the pace, and our target is to complete the maximum possible portion of ARD during August itself. Believe me, we are even more concerned about completing the syllabus properly and on time than you are.

From your end, I request you to keep completing the classes regularly, revise every topic and continue moving forward without creating any backlog.

I also need to share one important update. We had earlier promised to begin the ESI classes from 28 July. However, after reviewing my present workload as a faculty and mentor, I have decided to postpone the beginning of ESI by four days.

There are two major reasons behind this decision.

The Decision Making classes have already been recorded, but the complete learning material, including foundation notes, revision notes and MCQs, still needs to be finalised. I believe it would be better to complete Decision Making properly from beginning to end before shifting my complete attention towards ESI.

Similarly, we had initially estimated that the Soil Science chapter would require around eight classes. However, once we started recording it comprehensively, it expanded to eleven classes. This disturbed our original schedule. After completing the classes, we must also provide the foundation notes, revision notes, PYQs and other resources in a properly organised format.

The research and topic planning for ESI have already been completed. We have prepared a comprehensive list of topics required for both the NABARD Grade A and RBI Grade B examinations. However, I feel it would be more appropriate to first complete these two major pending responsibilities and then begin ESI with my full attention, energy and commitment.

Therefore, the ESI classes will now begin on 1 August, and the first class will be uploaded on our YouTube channel at 4:00 PM.

ESI is one of my favourite subjects. I have studied Economics with great interest since my school and college days, and I am genuinely excited to teach it to you. I request you to wait for just four more days. The delay is small, but it will help us begin the subject in a much more organised and focused manner.

I understand that some students may feel disappointed, but we wanted to communicate this decision in advance rather than making you wait without clarity. We are accelerating both ARD and ESI preparation and will make every possible effort to complete the syllabus as quickly and comprehensively as possible.

Thank you for understanding and supporting us.

See you in the first ESI class on 1 August at 4:00 PM.

Topic: Don't shy away!

Dear Students,

Never stop questioning. If you believe that a concept is incorrect, ask why. If you feel that something is not being handled properly, demand an explanation. If a promise, schedule, strategy or teaching method does not make sense to you, raise the question, even in the public domain.

Students are certainly accountable to their teachers for completing the targets assigned to them. However, the era is changing. With the increasing commercialization of education, teachers must also remain accountable to their students. Accountability cannot remain one-sided.

Therefore, from today onwards, you have complete freedom to question us.
Ask about the content, classes, schedules, decisions, delays or even the philosophy behind our approach. Our Telegram group is your platform to raise these questions openly and directly. Link - https://t.me/chaptersschat

Whenever we have a clear and correct answer, we will provide it honestly. If our response appears incomplete or evasive, ask again. Do not accept an answer merely because it has come from a teacher.

A serious student does not follow blindly. A responsible teacher does not fear questions.

Keep questioning. Keep demanding clarity. Keep us accountable.
That is not disrespect, it is the foundation of responsible learning and an informed society.

Looking forward to your next question

Dear Students,
Greetings!

What if the USA says:

β€œYour product may be cheaper, but is your supply chain clean?”

Today, we have covered an important article on USTR’s Section 301 Tariff Action on Indian Goods.

Through this article, you will understand:

πŸ‘‰ Why the USTR imposed a 10% tariff on Indian goods.
πŸ‘‰ What is forced labour and why it is becoming a trade issue.
πŸ‘‰ Why India avoided the higher 12.5% tariff after amending its Foreign Trade Policy.
πŸ‘‰ Why nearly 60–65% of Indian exports to the US may come under this tariff.
πŸ‘‰ Why the textile sector is worried about TRQ benefits given to competitors like Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia.
πŸ‘‰ How India’s $33.83 billion trade surplus with the US makes this issue macro-important.
πŸ‘‰ Why future risks may come from the Section 301 excess capacity probe also.

This article is important to understand how global trade is no longer only about price and quality. It is also about labour standards, supply-chain compliance, geopolitics and tariff diplomacy.

Topic: Sir, main kya karun ab?

Many students tell us that they understand the concepts and can solve the MCQs available on our platform, but struggle while attempting questions from other sources. Then comes the natural question:

β€œSir, main kya karun ab?”
"Sir, what should I do now?"

There can be two reasons. First, those questions may belong to chapters or areas that we have not covered yet. Second, ARD is a vast subject. Even a single topic like rice includes several technical and factual dimensions. Our aim is to cover everything relevant from the examination perspective while keeping the content structured and manageable.

At this stage, your first priority should be to build a strong foundation in ARD, especially if you do not have an agriculture background. Whenever you come across a useful new fact or concept from another source, simply add it to this foundation.

Remember: Building the foundation takes time, but adding value to a strong foundation takes very little time.

So, for now, focus on building your foundation. Later, keep adding value to it.

Understood?
