Dear Students,

In our Agronomy classes, we studied herbicides and specifically covered Paraquat, a non-selective herbicide.

Now, the Central Government has proposed banning Paraquat due to concerns about its harmful impact on human and animal health.

This is how Static ARD connects with Current Affairs—what you study in class helps you understand what is happening around you.

Topic: The X and Y

Every aspirant has two sides: X and Y. Let X represent your strengths and Y represent your weaknesses.

No topper is strong in every area, and no aspirant is weak in everything. The real difference lies in how well a person understands, manages and balances both.

Your strengths should be maintained because they give you confidence and assured marks. At the same time, your weaknesses must be improved because ignoring them can create serious gaps in your preparation.

However, focusing only on your strengths will keep you in your comfort zone. Focusing only on your weaknesses may make you neglect the areas where you already have an advantage. Neither extreme will help you in the long run.

So, Identify your X and Y. Then introspect honestly about how you are going to move forward while balancing both.

Now the real question is: Are you actually maintaining that balance in your preparation?

Sleep with this question tonight.
When you wake up tomorrow, try to have an honest answer.

Dear Students,
Greetings!

We have covered an important article on India’s New National Policy for Urea and Fertilizer Self-Reliance.

Now think honestly. If a descriptive question is asked on:

“India’s urea self-reliance policy addresses import dependence, but fails to solve deeper structural issues. Discuss.”

Will you be able to answer?

Through this article, you will understand:

👉 Why India imports 10 million tonnes of urea annually.
👉 Why the government wants to set up 8–9 new urea plants.
👉 How West Asia tensions and LNG prices affect urea production.
👉 Why a ₹242 urea bag creates a huge subsidy burden.
👉 How the distorted N:P:K ratio affects soil health.
👉 Why reforming the DBT system is being suggested.

Message of Mentor (MoM)
Topic: VAMOS

Dear Students,

Till now, we have provided multiple classes freely on YouTube, and by this stage, you can judge for yourself the difference we are trying to create. Our intention has never been to upload content merely for the sake of visibility. We have consistently tried to provide something meaningful, well-researched and genuinely valuable for your preparation.

So far, the journey has been encouraging. Now, we are taking the next major step by entering the domain of Economic and Social Issues (ESI)

Our ESI classes will begin on Tuesday, 28th July. These classes will be directly relevant for students preparing for NABARD Grade A 2026 and equally important for those targeting RBI Grade B 2027.

For RBI Grade B 2027 aspirants, this can become the right starting point. Remember, a good beginning is half the job done. When the foundation is strong, the rest of the preparation becomes far more structured, confident and manageable.

You have already seen the seriousness with which we are working on Current Affairs and Agriculture and Rural Development. Now, the same depth, discipline and academic effort will be extended to ESI, followed by Finance and Management.

We are not slowing down. We are stepping into a bigger phase.

We did not start The Chapterss to remain limited or ordinary. We started it to build something substantial, to raise the standard and to create what has not been created before.

So, be ready. Start with commitment. Stay consistent. And do not take this opportunity casually.

Vamos! Let's do it!
The first ESI chapter begins on 28th July.

Thank you for your trust and continued support.

STOP and READ

Yesterday, someone shared the regret of spending ₹3,000 on the wrong course.

Today, we came across another regret: ₹7,000 invested, yet no real understanding, no clarity, no value.

Honestly, we do not have to say much. Such words carry their own pain.

And for us, they carry something even bigger, responsibility.

Responsibility to make sure that when a student trusts us, we truly stand by that trust with honesty, clarity, and value in every class we deliver.
