Message of Mentor (MoM)
Topic: Do you have it?
Dear Students,
Sometimes, especially over a quiet weekend, we may feel dull, as nothing meaningful is happening and life is simply not moving forward.
But believe me, my friends, every one of us has that one spark that can instantly bring our energy back. It could be your favourite food, a song, a conversation with a family member or friend, a bike ride, a comedy show, or simply spending time doing something you genuinely enjoy.
The important thing is to identify your spark. Whenever you feel low or disconnected, take a small break and return to that one thing. Enjoy that moment without guilt. Once your energy is restored, come back to your work with a fresh mind. Slowly, things will begin to fall into place again.
I am sharing this from a recent personal experience. I have identified my spark and it genuinely helped me come back stronger.
The question is: Have you identified yours?
If yes, respond to this message with a π.
Let us see how many of us have identified that one spark.
Keep moving forward.
Your spark is always within reach. β¨

Dear Students,
In our Agronomy classes, we studied herbicides and specifically covered Paraquat, a non-selective herbicide.
Now, the Central Government has proposed banning Paraquat due to concerns about its harmful impact on human and animal health.
This is how Static ARD connects with Current Affairsβwhat you study in class helps you understand what is happening around you.
Donβt rote-learn ARD. Understand it, connect it, and fall in love with it.

Message of Mentor
Topic: The X and Y
Every aspirant has two sides: X and Y. Let X represent your strengths and Y represent your weaknesses.
No topper is strong in every area, and no aspirant is weak in everything. The real difference lies in how well a person understands, manages and balances both.
Your strengths should be maintained because they give you confidence and assured marks. At the same time, your weaknesses must be improved because ignoring them can create serious gaps in your preparation.
However, focusing only on your strengths will keep you in your comfort zone. Focusing only on your weaknesses may make you neglect the areas where you already have an advantage. Neither extreme will help you in the long run.
So, Identify your X and Y. Then introspect honestly about how you are going to move forward while balancing both.
Now the real question is: Are you actually maintaining that balance in your preparation?
Sleep with this question tonight.
When you wake up tomorrow, try to have an honest answer.
