Message of Mentor (MoM)
Topic: Humidity
Many students feel that they are studying a lot, yet very little is actually getting absorbed.
The reason is often not a lack of effort, but humidity.
Think of your mind like a sponge.
A dry sponge absorbs water quickly. But once it is already filled with water, pouring more on it achieves very little.
The same happens during preparation.
Watching one lecture after another, collecting PDFs, joining multiple Telegram channels, and continuously consuming content creates βhumidityβ in your mind. You remain surrounded by information, but your brain gets very little time to absorb, organise, and retain it.
Learning does not happen when you consume more.
Learning happens when you pause, revise, recall, solve questions, and allow your brain to process what you have already studied.
If you genuinely want to improve, reduce the humidity.
Consume less. Revise more.
Because in competitive exams, success belongs not to the student who studies the most, but to the one who remembers the most when it matters.
Understood?

Topic: Sundayβ¦β¦ Over, but...
Sunday is almost over.
For some of you, today must have been a productive day.
Targets completed. Classes done. Quizzes attempted. Revision finished.
And for some of you, Sunday may not have gone as planned.
Maybe you woke up late.
Maybe you felt tired.
Maybe family work came in between.
Maybe you simply could not focus.
But remember one thing, one imperfect Sunday does not end your preparation.
The real problem is not a bad Sunday.
The real problem is carrying the guilt of Sunday into Monday.
So donβt do that.
If your targets are pending, do whatever little you can do now.
Revise one topic. Attempt one quiz. Read one PDF. Make tomorrowβs plan.
But if you have completed your targets today, then please donβt punish yourself with more pressure.
π Go out for a walk.
π Spend some time with your family.
π Listen to music.
π Feel happy that you showed up today.
So end this Sunday with honesty.
If you worked well, appreciate yourself. β€οΈ
If you could not, forgive yourself. β€οΈ
But in both cases, prepare yourself to restart from Monday. π₯
Sunday is over.
Guilt is over.
Excuses are over.
From tomorrow, we show up again.
Good night.

Topic - Our Side
Dear students,
Many of you have been asking us to make the Foundation Notes downloadable. Some students have also shared a genuine concern that watching videos or reading notes online increases screen time and may affect the eyes.
We completely understand this concern.
But our decision is clear: Foundation Notes will remain non-downloadable.
Foundation Notes are meant for concept building, not for repeated revision. For building concepts, we have already made the Foundation Videos free/public, so that every student can learn properly.
Also, please understand one practical point: Foundation Notes are almost never-ending in nature. If a long set of notes is in front of you and there is no teacher guiding the flow, accountability becomes weak. Many students keep reading, highlighting, and postponing but completion never really happens.
And even if Foundation Notes are made downloadable, they are not the right material for final revision. They will become too bulky for repeated reading.
That is why the better approach is:
π Use Foundation Videos / online Foundation Notes for concept clarity
π Use downloadable Revision Notes for revision
π Take a printout of Revision Notes if needed
π Add extra points from videos/classes into them
π Customize them as per your own needs
π Revise the same notes multiple times
This is the real art of preparation not collecting more and more material, but creating your own exam-oriented revision material.
To reduce screen strain, you can use simple steps like reducing brightness, using reading/night mode, increasing font size, using eye-comfort settings, and taking short breaks while studying online.
Institutionally also, we cannot make Foundation Notes downloadable because piracy is a real concern, and we have to protect the effort, platform, and sustainability of Chapterss.
Please believe us, this decision has been taken with full clarity and responsibility.
Keep preparing sincerely and smartly.
With clarity and responsibility,
From the person that creates your Foundation Notes
