The precedent

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท By striking desalination plants, oil fields, and other civilian infrastructure today, the occupation and the United States have set the stage for Iran to respond in kind against energy facilities across the Middle East (West Asia).

Desalination water plant

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ After the Epstein coalition's attack on a desalination plant in Iran, Iran attacked a desalination plant in Bahrain in the early morning. This is a clear hint that the infrastructure war could reach a new level. The Gulf countries are seriously dependent on water desalination. If the war also affects this infrastructure, then what is happening in the region now will be just the beginning.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Last night Israel and the United States were the first to begin destroying desalination plants in Iran. The country's population was already facing dire water shortages before the war.

The Epstein coalition began targeting water, having attacked a desalination plant on the Iranian island of Qeshm the day before. In retaliation, Iran struck a desalination plant in Bahrain with a drone.

For comparison Qatar gets 100% of its drinking water from desalination, Kuwait and Bahrain 90%, Oman slightly less โ€“ 86%, and Saudi Arabia 70%. Iran is in a much better situation, excluding the southern regions of the country. Nevertheless, 30% of its water goes through desalination plants.

When asked whether the US attacked the desalination plant in Iran, President Trump responded that the Iranians are "some of the most evil people on earth." "They behead babies, they dismember women..." "I don't know anything about the desalination plant except that they complain."

โš ๏ธBtw. hitting water supplies is a war crime.

Russia knows international law is dead

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บPeskov on the fact that international law has ceased to exist:

โ€œThere have been worse things in human history. We weren't alive then, so it seems to us that the end of the world is coming now. But the fact is that there has been a significant destabilization of the region, and a cumulative effect is emerging from a huge number of regional conflicts and unresolved problems, which are having both economic and political consequences. Unfortunately, we have all lost what we call international law.

To be honest, I don't even understand how to urge anyone to follow the norms and principles of international law anymore. It practically no longer exists. De jure it still exists, but de facto it no longer does. And what law has replaced international law, honestly, I doubt anyone could articulate that right now.โ€

Germany supports Western wars

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช The former auto parts supplier Pierburg GmbH has been transformed into Rheinmetall Waffen Munitions GmbH. The German plant will produce artillery shell casings, as this is more profitable than the automotive sector.

Three hundred employees are already undergoing retraining, and new equipment is being brought in to replace the old - all at Rheinmetall's expense.
