Hello all!
For everyone who has studied Science & Technology from me last year on edsarrthi’s portal, I will be conducting revision sessions for Prelims 2024.

The first session will be held LIVE -
• Tomorrow (14th april)
• At 4pm
• On your portal / edsarrthi website, you can find it with the other lectures.

Tomorrow, we will be revising Biotechnology through one pagers using active recall and will solve all PYQs on Biotechnology from 2013 to 2023.

Tune in LIVE for better grasping as I will hold a doubt clearing session in the end, however the recording will be available if you wish to watch this later.

Hi guys.
The UPSC 2023 Final results might be declared soon. (I'm not an insider, I don't know when they will be here, just going off of what is doing the rounds).

I'm writing this message for all of you who have given the interview, and are currently just that - aspirants who have reached the interview stage. Before the result, you're all in the same boat, riding in the sea of anxiety, stress, tension. I'm sure a common feeling must be 'koi bhi rank aa jaye'.

I'm just hopeful that all of you who make it, will remember this feeling. Remember this moment right now, when you have self doubt, anxiety and stress. Remember this moment when you know how much luck matters at the final stage. Keep the memory of this moment with you when you see your name in the holy PDF. Whatever topper talks / strategy talks etc. you give after you've made it, remember to be absolutely truthful about everything. How difficult it was, how scared you were.

As far as coaching institutes are concerned, I dont see any harm in acknowledging efforts of those who have helped you. However, I would recommend just 2 things here. Firstly, do not accept any cash for promoting a coaching. I know for a fact that you will be offered. I can say with pride that I declined every such offer I was given last year. What sort of integrity you will have as an officer for the rest of your career will be decided in these few days. Secondly, when mentioning a coaching, be specific about what helped you. If someone / something has been helpful, be completely open about it, it is your duty to the aspirant community.

Lastly, to those who might not make it in the final list. Firstly, remember that getting this far was no easy feat. You have done a great job, you should be proud of yourself. Secondly, always remember that you've displayed the skills of perseverence, hardwork and committment. This is not a small feat. Wherever you choose to go after this, be it UPSC or your backup plan, I am sure you will do great, because of the skills you have demonstrated.

Last year, this was a big big day for me. Today however, is a very different feeling. Checked the results, and I'm glad to share with you that more than 50 students that i've taught in various courses (Science and tech, Environment, Write Smart and GS3) are in the final list. Will be bringing them on the channel to interact with us and share their strategies soon. The amount of pride I feel today is immense. Thank you for everything.

Cut off marks for CSE 2023.
Remember, the cutoff is just a number. Be better than the last person. Tougher prelims = lower cutoff. Don’t change your principles. Trust the process.

Three announcements :

1. Tomorrow at 4pm I will be taking the second revision class for science and tech for prelims 2024. It will be on edsarrthi’s platform, LIVE. You can find it on your portal.

2. November and December monthly Magazine videos will be combined into one and will be uploaded by next week.

3. Tomorrow at 11:30am, a very special video will be uploaded on my YouTube channel. It is one of the most personal and emotional things that I wanted to share with all of you. Stay tuned :)

UPSC Final Results 2023 - My *PROUDEST* moment as a teacher!

I have never felt as proud as I have today. I think it is in my DNA to be a teacher. All those days last year when I worked day and night to get the best content out there have finally borne fruit. This is what the students of my courses had to say.

Wanted to share two things :

1. This was the first video on YouTube where I used the help of an editor. The editor was no other than my cousin, vedant. He was so so happy to see your positive comments, it really encouraged him! Thank you.
I’ve told him to help me with some future videos and feedback shorts too :)

2. A lot of people were asking about my courses. As I’m currently in the IRS, my courses are delisted. If I decide to come to teaching full time, I will update and do the same courses this year : write smart and GS3 for mains, science and tech and environment for prelims. It will be my endeavour to have an even better result this year. Stay tuned :)
