Hey!!! It’s weekend 💃🏻
Happy weekend guys!!!!!

Quick question…
Are you trying to land a remote job but never getting a response back?

Be honest.

No interviews.
No callbacks.
Just silence.

Before you blame your country or the competition…

Let’s start with one of the biggest reasons: Your CV.

Most people are qualified.
But their CV doesn’t communicate value clearly.

And recruiters don’t guess.

So let’s do something fun 👇

For the next 24 hours,

I’ll review the first 5 CVs for free.

I’ll tell you:
– What’s weakening your application
– What recruiters are likely seeing
– What needs fixing for remote roles

Yes, free.

But I won’t rewrite it for free.
If you want full optimization and restructure after the review, that’ll be a paid service.

Fair?

If you’re serious about landing a remote role this year,
comment “REMOTE” below.

Let’s fix the leak this weekend 💻
3👍2🔥1
This was me last year.

One job.
100+ applicants.

Only one person was selected.

Me.

And no, it wasn’t luck.

It was positioning.

Before that offer came in, I had already:

• Tailored my CV to the exact role
• Focused on measurable results
• Positioned myself around outcomes, not effort
• Understood what the employer actually needed

Remote hiring is not random.

It’s strategic.

Most people are qualified.

But they don’t communicate value clearly.

And here’s the truth:

Your CV speaks before you ever get the chance to.

It’s either opening doors quietly…

Or closing them silently.

That’s why the first thing that should work for you is your CV.

This weekend, I’m reviewing 5 CVs for free.

If you’re serious about landing a remote role this year, send me a DM with “REMOTE”.

Let’s fix the leak.
🔥4👍1
It’s still the weekend 👀

And we have 2 CV review slots left.

If you’ve been applying to remote jobs and getting silence…

This might be your sign to stop guessing and get clarity.

I’m reviewing 5 CVs this weekend and highlighting:

• What’s weakening your application
• Positioning gaps
• What needs fixing for remote roles

Only 2 slots remaining.

If you’re serious, send me a DM with “REMOTE”.

Let’s fix it properly.
🔥21
Last weekend, I reviewed several CVs.

And I noticed a pattern.

Smart people.
Qualified people.

But weak positioning.

Here are the 3 most common mistakes I saw:

1️⃣ CVs that are doing too much.

Two pages.
Too many sections.
Too much text.
No clarity.

If a recruiter scans your CV in 7 seconds, can they clearly tell what you do?

Most can’t.

2️⃣ Responsibilities without results.

“Assisted management.”
“Supported operations.”
“Handled tasks.”

Handled what?
Improved what?
How well?

Remote companies hire impact.
Not effort.

3️⃣ Generic professional summaries.

“Driven and detail-oriented graduate…”

That doesn’t differentiate you.

Positioning should answer:
What role are you targeting?
What problem do you solve?
What tools do you use?

Clarity wins interviews.

This is why I keep saying:

It’s not that remote jobs don’t exist.

It’s that most people are not packaging themselves strategically.

I can help and reconstruct and optimize your CV properly for better results. Slide in my DM for a conversation.
👍1💯1
1️⃣ What Recruiters Scan First

Let me tell you something most people don’t know.

Recruiters don’t read your CV first.

They scan.

And here’s what they scan in the first few seconds:

• Your headline / positioning
• Your most recent role
• Measurable results
• Tools you’ve used

If those 4 things are not clear immediately…

You’re skipped.

Not rejected.
Skipped.

This is why structure matters more than length.

2️⃣ How to Write Measurable Bullet Points

One major mistake I keep seeing:

Responsibilities.
No results.

Wrong:
“Managed social media accounts.”

Better:
“Managed 3 social media accounts, increasing engagement by 42% in 4 months.”

See the difference?

Numbers create credibility.
Specifics create trust.

Remote employers hire proof.
Not adjectives.

If your CV currently lists tasks without measurable outcomes, it needs restructuring.

3️⃣ 1-Page CV Structure Breakdown

For most early to mid-level professionals:

1 page is enough.

Here’s the simple structure that works:

• Clear positioning headline
• 2–3 line strategic summary
• Most relevant experience first
• Measurable achievements
• Relevant tools
• Education (brief)

Not:
• Long “personal drives”
• Repeated headings
• Irrelevant sections
• 2–3 pages of fluff

Clarity > Volume.

If your CV feels crowded or scattered, it needs restructuring.

Comment “STRUCTURE” if you want yours properly rebuilt for better results.

🚨 ALERT 🚨

I’ll be dropping updated and current remote job links by 4PM today.

Make sure your notifications are on.

You don’t want to miss this one.
👍1
🚨 Before You Apply to Any Remote Job Today…

Pause.

Don’t just click “Apply” because it’s remote.

Here’s what you need to check first:

Are you actually suitable for the role?
Read the requirements carefully.
Do you meet at least 60–70% of what they’re asking for?

Is your CV optimized for that specific role?
If your CV is generic, you’ll get generic results.

Are your achievements measurable?
Recruiters look for impact — not just responsibilities.

Have you listed relevant tools?
Slack, CRM systems, Notion, Excel, Google Workspace, etc.
Remote hiring is tool-driven.

Is your professional summary clear and targeted?
Or does it say “Seeking opportunities”?

Remember:

Your CV determines whether you move to the next stage or get ignored.

Remote hiring is competitive.
Structure matters.

If you’re not confident your CV is properly positioned for remote roles,

📩 Send me “CV” in DM.

I’ll help you fix the structure before the 4PM job drop.

Apply strategically. Not emotionally.

Let me clarify something.

Posting job links is the easy part.

Winning the role is a different game entirely.

Most applicants don’t lose because they’re unqualified.

They lose because:

• Their CV lacks clarity
• Their experience isn’t positioned properly
• Their LinkedIn doesn’t align
• Their applications are generic

Remote hiring rewards structure.

That’s why I don’t just share jobs.

I teach positioning.

If you want to move from “hope they reply” to “confidently shortlisted” —

I offer private sessions where we:

Rebuild your CV
Align your LinkedIn
Improve your interview responses
Build an intentional application strategy

This isn’t for everyone.

It’s for serious applicants.

DM “STRATEGY” if that’s you.
👍1🔥1
Unpopular opinion:

Most people complaining about not getting remote jobs are not actually ready for one.

Your CV is weak.
Your LinkedIn is empty.
Your interview answers are scattered.
Yet you’re blaming “competition.”

Remote hiring is competitive.

But so is excellence.

Comment “DISAGREE” if you think it’s the market.
Comment “TRUTH” if you know you need to fix something.

Let’s talk.

If you’re in tech and not on Mercor yet, you’re missing out.

Yes, I said it.

Mercor connects skilled professionals to global companies.

It’s not a “job board.”
It’s a talent marketplace.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ You sign up
2️⃣ Complete your profile properly
3️⃣ Go through their vetting/interview process
4️⃣ If approved, you get matched to paid projects & roles

But here’s the part most people ignore…

You must position yourself well.

Your experience must be clear.
Your skills must be structured.
Your communication must be sharp.

This isn’t for vibes.
It’s for skilled professionals who are ready.

And please — don’t procrastinate.

Opportunities like this reward early movers.

If you’re serious, start here:

https://t.mercor.com/1omdv

If you have questions about how it works, the process, or what to expect,

Comment below or send me a DM.

Let’s move intentionally this year.
3
Most people won’t apply to Mercor.

Not because they can’t.

But because deep down… they’re scared of being evaluated.

AI interview.
Critical thinking questions.
Real skill assessment.

No hiding.

And that’s uncomfortable.

Meanwhile, the confident ones are already getting vetted and matched to global projects.

Remote money doesn’t reward “almost ready.”

It rewards action.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines…

This is your sign.

And if you’re already inside, comment “DONE” 👇🏽
Let’s see who’s serious.

Most of you are using LinkedIn wrong.

Here’s how to apply for jobs on LinkedIn properly:

1️⃣ Don’t just click “Easy Apply” and disappear.
Check the company page.
Check the recruiter.
Engage with a recent post if possible.

2️⃣ Apply early.
First 24–48 hours gives you higher visibility.

3️⃣ Match your CV to the job description.
If the job says “Customer Success,” your CV should not say “Admin Assistant” at the top.

4️⃣ Use keywords from the job post.
ATS scans before humans do.

5️⃣ After applying, send a short, confident message to the recruiter:
“Hi ___, I just applied for [role]. Excited about the opportunity and would love to contribute.”

Simple. Strategic. Effective.

Most people apply.
Few people position.

If recruiters keep ghosting you, it’s not luck, it’s structure.

💬 Comment “LINKEDIN” if you want me to review your profile strategy.
Or DM me for 1:1 consultation.

Let’s fix it properly.

Here’s one of my remote job contract.

Guess what? Out of 100+ applicants… I was selected, I passed every phase, from the application process, to grafting and sending my proposals, to the interview phase. Everything went swiftly. For context I got this job from LinkedIn.

It wasn’t luck, not connection, not vibes. Just strategy.

When I say I understand how to position for remote roles, I’m not guessing.

I’ve gone from applying blindly…
To being qualified out of hundreds.

There’s a difference between “applying” and applying correctly.

Most people don’t know that difference.

If you’ve been applying and getting ghosted,
it’s not always about your experience.

Sometimes it’s structure.
Sometimes it’s positioning.
Sometimes it’s how you present value.

If you have questions about LinkedIn, CV structure, remote positioning, or interviews

My DM is open.

Ask your questions.
Let’s talk.

No gatekeeping.

If you have any questions about any of the roles or how to approach your application —

My DM is open.

Let’s win properly this week. 🚀

Some of you saw the job links earlier. But you didn’t apply.

Not because you’re not qualified.
Because you’re overthinking.

You keep waiting to be “fully ready.”
Meanwhile, someone 60% ready just submitted their application.

Remote jobs don’t go to the most perfect candidate. They go to the most proactive one.

If you haven’t applied yet, go back and do it.

This week, we move with courage.
💯2
If you’ve been applying for remote jobs and getting ignored…

Pause.

Before the next job links drop, let me tell you something most people won’t say.

Remote hiring is not about sending 50 applications.

It’s about positioning.

Recruiters look for:

• Clear specialization
• Measurable results
• Proper CV structure
• Strong LinkedIn presence
• Confidence in communication

If those 5 things are weak,
you can apply for 200 jobs and still hear nothing.

I didn’t move from applying blindly
to getting shortlisted consistently by chance.

It took strategy.

And once I understood it, everything changed.

Before I drop the next batch of remote job links, ask yourself:

Are you actually ready to apply?

If you’re unsure about your CV, LinkedIn, or positioning!!!

Send me a DM.

Let’s fix the foundation before you press “Apply.”

Job links drop soon.
This time, let’s apply intentionally.
🔥1💯1
Tomorrow, I’ll be dropping new remote job links.

But let me say this before that.

Opportunities don’t change people.
Preparation does.

Some of you will see the links tomorrow and scroll past them.

Some will apply emotionally without reading the requirements.

Some will apply with the same CV that has been getting ignored for months.

And then say, “Remote jobs are hard.”

No.

Unprepared applications are hard.

Don’t waste tomorrow’s opportunities.

Tonight, review your CV.
Check your LinkedIn.
Know the roles you actually qualify for.

So when the links drop, you move fast and confidently.

This year, we stop applying randomly.

We apply strategically.

If you need clarity before tomorrow,
my DM is open.
