Thomas Sewell has launched legal action in the High Court to overturn "hate groups" laws used to ban the White Australia Party, and to obtain temporary protection for about 5,000 ex-members and associates while the case is being determined.
The application will be heard Thursday.

Lawyers acting on behalf of the recently outlawed White Australia Party will be seeking immediate injunctive relief, which if granted will prevent the government from putting White Australia advocates in jail, at least until High Court judges review the constitutional validity of new “hate-crime” legislation used to ban the party.
This process will decide whether ‘Democracy’ and free political communication have any standing in Australia’s future.

I STAND WITH IRELAND. 🇦🇺🤍🇮🇪
BUT WHY?!
The attempted beheading of a White man on the streets of Belfast by a foreign African invader is a horrific crime that should not have happened.
But it was permitted to happen by a government which does nothing for its people and has ignored their cries for help.
The Irish people didn’t just wake up one day and choose violence.
For months they protested peacefully, demanding an end to immigration, they shouted for remigration, deportations, and for their own people to be put first.
Their government ignored them.
Now they’ve understandably had enough.
This wasn’t their first choice, it’s what happens when a government declares war on its own citizens and leaves them no other option.
It's what happens when what was once your home, no longer feels like your home.
It is what happens when innocent men who just wanted to be left alone are instead confronted with horrific third world style attacks happening on their streets.
I stand with Ireland because whilst they have attempted beheadings taking place, we in Australia aren't far behind.
