Mobile money agent left devastated after an unidentified man who allegedly came in to perform a transaction swapped bundles of GHยข200 notes totaling GHยข10,000 to bundles of GHยข1 cedi notes.
According to reports, the customer interrupted a transaction, claiming they couldn't reach the recipient and asked the agent to stop.
Moments after the agent refunded the cash, the customer allegedly returned with the money wrapped in the same black rubber. Believing it was the same cash she had already counted, the agent accepted it without conducting another verification and proceeded with the transaction.
