Videos from the show captured her complaining about the faulty sound system and stopping the performance as issues persisted. Why she refused to perform. She reportedly told the crowd something along the lines of “What’s wrong with the sound? I’m not performing until it’s fixed,” and added “Don’t tell me to calm down, I’m going home.” Reports and captions explain that she felt the poor audio setup would not let her give the audience the quality performance they deserved, so she chose to walk off rather than continue with bad sound.
