Средства поступят из невостребованных активов — миллионы долларов, «застрявших» в системе. Эти деньги будут конвертироваться в биткоин и другие топовые альты. BTC останется в формате «цифрового золота», пока не потребуется возврат владельцу — тем самым резерв работает как антикризисная подушка.

Также закон:
- Требует хранения активов под юрисдикцией США и в мультисиг-кошельках.
- Стимулирует диверсификацию активов, не заменяя, а дополняя традиционную стратегию.
- Даёт чёткую дорожную карту для запуска программы уже через 60 дней.

🇧🇴 Bolivia is preparing to launch the digital currency "virtual boliviano" — to simplify international payments and preserve currency reserves.

The head of the Central Bank stated that the project is being developed with the support of international organizations and will be presented on August 6, the 200th anniversary of the country's independence.

Previously, Bolivia banned the use of banks to purchase cryptocurrencies, but after lifting the restrictions, the volume of operations with them doubled. Additionally, Bolivia began using stablecoins as a replacement for the dollar amid a currency deficit.

I was quite busy over the last days with relocation which has proved advantageous. Stood with no positions except for some altcoins.

At first Bitcoin played along the initial setup, but then the first pump (pre-pump) occurred yesterday morning. The next one followed right after the Powell speech.

👉 As the result, the $97,500 resistance was broken UP on a STRONG impulse! This is undoubtedly bullish for the market.
