🛫 RSAF TYPHOON YAGI UPDATE: WE HAVE LIFT-OFF!
✈️ Our A330 Multi-Role Tanker Transport (A330 MRTT) and C-130 transport aircraft have all launched for their missions to deliver humanitarian aid supplies to communities affected by Typhoon Yagi in Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.
🗺 The deployments began yesterday morning, with the first C-130 aircraft travelling to Phitsanulok, Thailand, followed by another C-130 which took-off earlier today for Subang, Malaysia to pick up additional supplies from the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA), before continuing their journey to Myanmar and Laos respectively. The A330 MRTT, which departed this morning, is headed for Vietnam.
❤️ We wish all our personnel involved a safe and successful mission!
