Generally, the white lamb symbolizes purity and innocence that is offered as a sacrifice.
The two heads, with two independent wills, symbolize "endless self-contradiction" and "mental duality"—an existence trapped in a fundamental dilemma, which has itself become the very embodiment of that dilemma. If one attempts to sever one head and remove a part of its core nature and fundamental personality, the other head is also condemned to death due to the bleeding. There is no salvation except death—and that death, at the very moment of birth, could itself be a divine gift and mercy.
Symbol of Innocence and Sacrifice: The lamb is a symbol of innocence, purity, and sacrifice in many cultures. A two-headed lamb represents these concepts in an unusual and memorable way, potentially emphasizing their fragility and exceptional nature.
Monster and Transgression of Nature: Any two-headed creature is considered a violation of the rules of creation. This symbol evokes fear of the unknown and social ostracism. In horror literature, such creatures symbolize an "anomaly" (pure irregularity) that must be hidden from sight or destroyed.
Also, in ancient Persian beliefs, having two heads symbolizes the "simultaneity of the beginning and the end."
In alchemy and mysticism, two heads on one neck mean the "indissoluble bond of two opposing poles"—for example, materialism and spirituality, or darkness and light, which, despite their contradiction, depend on one body (one existence) for survival. This means there is neither absolute evil nor absolute good; both are gathered into a single essence.
Now, apart from all of this—the lamb is considered a pure and innocent creature with a predetermined fate as a "sacrifice." But the two-headed nature strips away all its innocence from the moment of birth, creating something "rejected" and "overlooked" that carries the destiny of "inevitable death." Both deaths converge: one as a symbol of punishment for the mistake of existing, and the other as a symbol of offering and sacrifice because of its pure, innocent blood.

سمبل «نماد معصومیت و قربانی: بره در بسیاری از فرهنگ‌ها نماد معصومیت، پاکی و قربانی است. یک بره دو سر این مفاهیم را به شکلی غیرعادی و به یادماندنی بازنمایی می‌کند و ممکن است بر شکنندگی یا استثنایی بودن این مفاهیم تأکید کند
هیولا و هنجارشکنیِ طبیعت هر موجود دو سر نقضِ قاعدهٔ خلقت محسوب می‌شود. این سمبل باعث ایجاد ترس از ناشناخته و طردشدگی اجتماعی می‌شود
در ادبیات وحشت چنین موجوداتی نماد «آنومالی» (بی‌قاعدگی محض) هستند که باید از چشم‌ها پنهان یا نابود شوند
همچنین تو باور مردم ایران باستان دو سر بودن نماد «همزمانیِ آغاز و پایان» هست

در کیمیاگری و عرفان، دو سر روی یک گردن یعنی «پیوند ناگسستنیِ دو قطب متضاد»؛ مثلاً مادیت و معنویت، یا تاریکی و روشنایی که در عین تضاد، برای بقا به یک بدن (یعنی یک وجود) وابسته‌اند. این یعنی نه شر مطلق وجود دارد و نه خیر مطلق؛ هر دو در یک ذات جمع شده‌اند

بره موجودی پاک و بیگناه محسوب میشه با سرنوشت از قبل تایین شده به عنوان " قربانی "
و دو سر بودن بره تمام معصومیت رو از بدو تولد از بره میگیره و چیزی "طرد شده" "از دید دور مونده" میسازه که سرنوشت "مرگ اجتناب ناپذیر " رو به همراه داره
هردو مرگ یکی به نماد مجازات برای اشتباه وجود داشتن
و مرگ دیگه به نماد پیشکش و قربانی بخاطر خون پاک و بیگناهش
