β The INSPIRE β MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspiration and Knowledge) is one of the flagship schemes of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India.
β It is for nurturing ideas and innovations of school students and motivates them to pursue science and a career in research.
β It is jointly implemented by DST and the National Innovation Foundation (NIF) β India.
β It aims to motivate students in the age group of 10-15 years and studying in classes 6 to 10 to become future innovators and critical thinkers.

India recently launched 'Operation Sadbhav' to provide humanitarian assistance to Vietnam, Myanmar and Laos, hit by Typhoon Yagi. A powerful storm that has left hundreds dead in Southeast Asia. Under the operation, India provided assistance worth $1,00,000 Dollars each to Vietnam and Laos. A consignment of 35 tonnes of humanitarian assistance, including water purification items, water containers, blankets, kitchen utensils, and solar lanterns, among others, was airlifted to Vietnam by a special aircraft. In the last decade, India has proven to be the 'first responder' during any global crisis and emerged as 'Vishwa Bandhu'

β It is a forum for fostering collaborative thinking, cooperation, and mutual understanding between India and key maritime nations of the Indian Ocean Region.
