రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా ముచ్చర్ల కేంద్రంగా అభివృద్ది కానున్న ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ పరిధిలో బ్యాగరికంచె వద్ద తెలంగాణ స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీ భవనానికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గతవారం శంకుస్థాపన చేశారు. యూనివర్సిటీలో 17 రకాల కోర్సుల్లో ఏటా 20వేల మంది విద్యార్థులకు శిక్షణ ఇచ్చి, సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇవ్వడంతోపాటు ఆయా కంపెనీల్లో ఉద్యోగ ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కూడా కల్పించే ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.
రాబోయే సంవత్సరాల్లో ఏడాదికి లక్ష మందికి శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేలా స్కిల్ వర్సిటీని విస్తరించనున్నారు. బ్యాగరికంచెలో సొంత భవనం పూర్తయ్యే వరకు గచ్చిబౌలిలోని ఇంజినీరింగ్ స్టాఫ్ కాలేజ్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (ESCI) భవంతి నుంచి స్కిల్ యూనివర్సిటీ కార్యకలాపాలు కొనసాగనున్నాయి.
