This error is so annoying this days in yt-dlp, and we have the solution ;)

At first, u have to use an yt-dlp plugin and it's called yt-dlp-youtube-oauth2:

1- python3 -m pip install -U https://github.com/coletdjnz/yt-dlp-youtube-oauth2/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
2- Run this command ant it will ask you to add the code in https://www.google.com/device ( only for the first time ).

yt-dlp --username oauth2 --password '' -F yt_video_link && clear

Then you can access any youtube video by adding --username oauth2 --password '' without asking you anything.
