This new account is really not recommended to use userbot/api directly
Moreover, accounts that use VoIP (virtual phone numbers) you usually call nokos, it's not recommended! READ THIS

I'm an old account, how come you still go to Delete account? many factors that make the account to Delete account
example: too spam, unfair use, violates TOS, your account has lots of busy groups/channels (this affects if you use userbot/api) because it goes into the fire and will make requests to the fire....

Does the account ID matter or not? NO, DOESN'T WORK!!!
how come? because the account has been used for interaction/used!! read this message at the beginning/mid sentence
