The latest telegram provides us an option to transfer group or channel ownership to other admins. The creator can do the same by the following steps. Go to group/channel info, choose edit option on the top right, choos administrators, long press the admin to which you need to transfer the ownership and choose transfer ownership. Note. That person should have all the admins permission then only he can be the new owner.

Telegram beta 5.9 for Android is now come to live. this update mainly focuses on the support of animated sticker pack'ss and ability to choose the distance unit in nearby groups and contact section. Unfortunately none of the accessibility related bugs are fixed in this beta.

Unfortunately, due to overwhelming amounts of spam, users from Iran currently can join some public groups in READ-ONLY mode. They cannot send messages.

• If the creator of the public group is non Iranian, Iranian users can read the chat and they cannot send messages.

‼️ Pay attention this restriction is from Telegram side, admins of the group haven't done anything about it and cannot solve it.

• With your Iranian account, you can create a public group, and you can send messages to the public group chats that have been created by an Iranian account.

Plus Messenger has updated to the latest telegram source code. Users can update it from Play Store

Bot API 4.4 has arrived.

- Added support for animated stickers.
- Added support for default permissions in any groups.
- Added support for descriptions and invite links in basic groups.
- All webhook requests from the Bot API are now coming from the subnets 149.154.160.0/20 and 91.108.4.0/22. Update your configuration if you control inbound access with a firewall.
- The next Bot API update (v.4.5) will allow nested MessageEntity objects, make sure your code can correctly handle such entities.

Introducing new quick actions for multiple selected messages:
• «Multi reply» (multi mention):
when 2 or more messages are selected, click the @ button to insert the authors' names of the selected messages in the text field. (Due to Telegram limitation, only 5 users can receive notifications for one message with mentions).
• Long tap on @ copies to buffer the list of IDs of the selected messages authors (maybe useful for admins).
• «Multi links» (quick links copy) — copies to buffer the list of links to selected messages.
• Long tap inserts the list of links to text field.
• «Multi edit and repost»:
select multiple messages and tap Edit and repost, then long tap on message to edit it. Press ✔ to save changes, then go to the next message editing.

A small tips to Girls and also useful for boys too.

- In Telegram u can use Multiple account , so i recommend you to create an anonymous account (use any boy name or like that) for join public groups etc...
- For your personal chatting use your real account. (like whatsapp chat) and use ur other account for public chats..
- Switch btween accounts is really so easy as switch btween chats. Check this Link ...
- Other benefit using ur anonymous account for public groups and channles will not mess with ur personal chats and private chat groups..

Note: In Public groups anyone can see chats and members list even without join the groups.. so we(admins) cant do anythng abt this matter.. If anyone PM you Just u can do is block that people with report spam button (just 2 click enough) u no need to give reply to them.. and also u can report to admins with proof. we wil ban them from the group..
