A rally of thousands is gathering momentum in Artsakh's capital.

The NA of the Republic of Artsakh declares that no Government of Armenia has the right to abandon the mission to ensure the security of the people of Artsakh or to consider any document acceptable in which the existence of the sovereign Republic of Artsakh will be questioned.

A huge flag of the Republic of Artsakh was brought to the Renaissance square of Stepanakert.

The rally today was attended by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, second President Arkady Ghukasyan, and third president Bako Sahakyan.

"The Kremlin would like the United States to listen to Moscow's concerns and return to the negotiating positions of December last year. You don't have to agree with everything, you have to have a dialogue".
