This type of necrotizing vasculitis generally affects larger vessels than PAN

Microscopic polyangitis It's usually wide spread but especially the skin, necrotizing glomerulonephritis
and pulmonary capillaries are common

Hemoptysis, hematuria, proteinuria, muscle pain or weakness and palpable
purpura.
