OpenAI released Companion window support on ChatGPT for MacOS.

Now, chats from a quick access bar (opt + space) will open in a separate "companion" window instead of a main app by default.

According to the release notes:

There are new shortcuts for quickly pasting screenshots from the main desktop and the active window.

There is also a mention of "@ mentions" support but I never had it working, let's see if it will be enabled.

A new Anonymous GPT-4 based model seems to be better at writing a bit (responses are more humanised). But I had the same impression from Google’s Eureka (which I am still not sure if it was already released) 👀👀👀

🚨 BREAKING: Mistral AI just launched "La Plateforme", a platform for building custom AI agents.

Agents can be created and deployed for free. The testing feature requires a pro subscription but you can achieve the same through a live chat as well.

If you never tried Mistral yet, you can check it here. The "TestingCatalog" Agent can reply to you with a "test" response (testing purpose only) 👀

P.S. It also seems that these agents might be for personal use only.

Perplexity is getting closer and closer to UGC 👀

Anthropic is working on a new Claude feature to help you get better at coding.

Selecting a part of the code in the Artefact will trigger a pop-up with two options: Improve or Explain.

Improve works like "in-painting" but for coding.

Perplexity may also get a dedicated "Data" section available in settings.

There you can browse existing and upload new files for Your own and Organisation workspaces 👀
