TERMS OF SERVICE (EXCHANGES)
• By initiating a transaction with me, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
• I reserve the right to refuse any transaction at my discretion.
• Cryptocurrency must receive at least 1 network confirmation before funds are released.
• All fees (network, sending, withdrawal, intermediary, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.
• The exchange rate is fixed at the moment both parties confirm the deal, unless agreed otherwise.
• Funds are typically released within a reasonable time after required confirmations are received.
• Unauthorized fiat transfers (card/bank) may be returned or processed with additional fees deducted.
• If a transaction is completed and a refund is requested, it will be reviewed case-by-case. Fees and risks may apply.
• I am not responsible for any issues related to fiat transactions, including but not limited to: disputes, holds, limits, freezes, or additional fees.
• If sent funds are placed on hold, the transaction will be paused until the hold is resolved or refunded minus any applicable fees.
• Middleman (MM) services are optional unless agreed otherwise. All MM fees are covered by the client.
• Failure to follow these terms may result in delays or refusal to release funds.
• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Exceptions can be made only if both parties explicitly agree.
• I communicate in English, Russian, and Lithuanian.
