Facebook reportedly conducted a secret campaign to push more positive content about the besieged platform – some even written internally – via its ‘News Feeds’, to counter negative media coverage.
The initiative was dubbed ‘Project Amplify’ and despite FB execs apparently being shocked by the idea when it was proposed in January – it was purportedly approved by CEO Mark Zuckerberg in August.

Best&Less will refuse entry to unvaccinated customers in NSW stores from October 18, 2021.
The retail giant made the statement in a memo to Best&Less staff, which has been leaked on Facebook.
In the email to employees, Best&Less head of retail operations Joseph van Dyk said NSW “customers will need to be fully vaccinated to shop in our stores”.

The original Bitcoin website has apparently been hacked by fraudsters using a gateway popup, encouraging visitors to send crypto to their wallet. The site is now apparently down.
At some point the fake giveaway had pocketed over $17,000 worth, according to the outlet u.today. The Bitcoin website has come under attack recently by multiple DDoS attacks.

After just two months in the job, Daniel Foote has resigned as U.S. envoy to Haiti as he refuses to be linked to the "inhumane, counterproductive decision to deport thousands of Haitian refugees".
At least 12 flights are reported to have returned some 1,400 Haitians from Texas, with Biden pledging to close the immigration camp in Del Río, which housed 14,000 Haitian would-be immigrants.

Those who have already been following my channel for a while know that I'm a fiery critic of CNN's major fearmonger Dr Leana Wen.
One can only be stunned by her latest mental lapse. She seriously demanded that unvaccinated people shouldn't be allowed to leave their homes anymore.
Where is the media outrage against that totalitarian Chinese-born lady? Why is she still getting a platform? Two years ago, people who made such public statements would have ended up in an insane asylum. Nowadays, they are featured in the media.
I don't want to live in a society where Wen, Lauterbach, Drosten, Tam and co. constantly express their misanthropic worldview and receive a lot of support for doing so. It's incomprehensible, and I keep on wondering how the majority of people may agree with them.
