now, this is especially relevant for those of us struggling with fears and anxiety, as it can be easy to spiral into a place where you feel like nothing you can do is going to mean anything, but it is not true — it’s just your fears, and life is simply what you make of it. so I want you to focus on the things that you are grateful for — and the more you focus on them, the more you’ll start to notice that you already have so much to be thankful for that it’s just silly to assume that you’re not capable of achieving your goals 🕊️

so, take this time to think of everything you already have and everything you want to accomplish as we we reach the final week of this year, Winter Solstice and the last full Moon of 2023 behind us 🎄🧇🎀
