Z-Library 是一个影子图书馆和文件分享计划，用户可在此网站上下载期刊文章以及各种类型的书籍。2022年11月3日，Z-Library 部分域名被美国邮政检查局查封。所有明网域名均无法直接访问，只有两个 .onion 链接可用（请查看维基百科来获取 .onion 链接），且这两个网站仍然无法正常下载，但是小于 20MB 的书籍可以通过邮件发送的方式发送到您的注册邮箱中。
目前仍可以通过 Pirate Library Mirror 提供的种子文件进行下载。您可以通过书籍的 Z-Library ID 找到对应的 torrent 文件，之后从 torrent 文件中找到对应书籍的文件并下载。文件名是 Z-Library ID，请您手动修改文件名及其扩展名。您仍需前往其 Tor 镜像网站下载种子文件或 Magnet 链接。

Z-Library is a mirror of Library Genesis, a shadow library project for file-sharing access to scholarly journal articles, academic texts and general-interest books. On November 3rd, 2022, many of Z-Library's domains were seized by the United States Postal Inspection Service. All Clearnet domain names cannot be accessed directly, only two .onion links are available (please check Wikipedia for .oniom links) , and these two websites still cannot be downloaded normally, but books smaller than 20MB can be sent to your registered email address by mail.
It is still available for download books through torrent files provided by the Pirate Library Mirror. You can find the corresponding torrent file through the Z-Library ID of the book, and then find the corresponding book file from the torrent file and download it. The file name is Z-Library ID, please modify the file name and extension manually. You still need to go to their Tor mirror site to download the torrent files or get Magnet links.

药娘是中国大陆网络用语。一些跨性别或双性别者，由于所经历过的性别与性别指定之间的不一致，选择通过口服或注射药物（雌性激素、黄体素、抗雄性激素等）使其生理状态（主要为体貌特征）接近女性，这类群体则被称为药娘。

狭义上指跨性别女性在进行性别重置手术前的过渡阶段，即进行女性化激素疗法的阶段。其最终的目的一般是通过性别重置手术获得符合心理预期的身份并使其合法化。

药娘在中国是一个庞大的群体，但现在暂时在某些时候没被社会所重视。

她们往往患有性别不安。性别不安是指心理性别与生理性别的不一致而产生的痛苦。一些人用心理治疗对性别不安进行干预，即想要使患者的心理性别与生理性别一致的方法（扭转治疗）早已被证实无效。

她们极其感性，内心敏感。因为难以被社会和家人所认同再加上吃药和性别焦虑所以情绪难以控制（多有抑郁），平时很黏人（对熟悉或认同的人），也更加容易受伤。

药娘的最终目的一般是通过性别重置手术获得符合心理预期的身份并使其合法化。医生通常会要求接受性别重置手术者必须有一定时限的女性化激素疗法史，以达到相应的手术要求。通常激素疗法并不能获得满意的效果，需要借助外部力量来改变，例如医疗美容等。

而在近日的药品网络销售禁止清单（征求意见稿）中醋酸环丙孕酮、螺内酯，雌二醇被列在其中，这是中国政府对于LGBT群体权益的漠视以及践踏。
