- Clears the previously dismissed BIRTHDAY_CONTACTS_TODAY suggestion;
- Refreshes the promo data expiration timestamp.

Telegram updates landed in the Web Apps resources and Android Beta.

- Telegram Web Apps beta now exposes Telegram.WebApp.Serverless.call(). It sends JSON POST requests to /api/<endpoint> with Authorization: TMA <base6...)>, supports Promises and Node-style callbacks, and returns endpoint errors with status and parameters.
- The test Promote resources removed the ad submit for review click handler and its API icon style. The dark theme CSS also no longer sets the --text-color variable in the dark-theme root.
- Telegram Android Beta was updated to 12.10.4 (7099), with builds 7096, 7097, and 7099 in the detected range. The beta updater is now wired to https://telegram.org/dl/android/apk-public-beta.json; the night-mode and verification menu icons were updated across density variants, and limit-preview rendering coordinates were adjusted.

The Android range also contains extensive generated/decompiled source churn and build metadata changes, so no additional user-facing feature could be confirmed.

Telegram Android Beta has a new localization update for version 12.10.5 (7103).

- Updated resources/res/raw/localization_en.strings with 14 English strings for round video recording settings, including camera resolution, bitrate, frame rate, recorder selection, composition, and styling.
