I am sorry there has been not many updates, I had busy two weeks.
But in TL-DR:
- I have photo light studio and I am missing tools to make hooves looks realistic like on hand
- I am finishing repair of my primary printer, Voron 2.4, I hope I finish this weekend
- I have two small printers on route from Portugal, they should arrive in one week and I will need time to assemble them
- I got official registration with state for 3D printing hooves and selling them
- I am working on e-commerce platform to create eshop for hooves (I need shipping information from people, for VAT, for shipping, etc)
- I am working on channel to people ask and discuss hooves here

Sadly I have to announce delay, at least until 15.09.2022, because I have technical difficulties, like short-circuited printer with many dead components, and not fully built and operational new printers. I do not think I can make it in time, to be correct I want to print test pair before I went into full production with new printers, so I can be assured of quality. I am deeply sorry about it. I am sorry for caused delays, main reasons were completely broken supply chains after COVID-19 and Ukrainian-Russian war.
I got two new printers for manufacturing hooves, and they don't work.
Manufacturer cheaped out on power supplies and sensors, and it just won't home.
So I have ordered replacements from Wia Automation last month, and I just got informations from them about delays and delays, they finally selected date and promised to deliver in 10 days.

Why I do not print my hooves on Voron as I originally planned?
It was out of working order for last three months, because broken hotend, and spare parts hard to get even on Aliexpress.

Situation with current supply chains is hard. It used to be in reverse, supply chains begged "customers" to buy something, but now... I beg supply chains companies to deliver me anything.

I did not wanted to be silent about this, to have full transparency.

And I am making few changes in hooves as well, mainly starting to offer sizes. I have tested white prototypes with few other ponies and found out, so some ponies have larger hands, and some haves smaller hands. I have decided to create 4x universal sizes and I will post them here later. I will not want any extra payment from current ponies in queue for sizes, but final product will have some money difference in sizes. I will ask every pony about size before printing their hooves.

If anyone wants to back out, I did not take any pre-payments, because I felt world situation before, and thanks to that backing out should not be a problem and I am sorry if you decide to do so, but I understand.

This project took me a lot of finances, and I dont think they will ever return, but I hope to make few ponies happy at least.

I am sorry to confirm more delays. I just got my Voron working again after a long maintance (swapping head due to heartbreak cracked).
My RatRigs, oh my painful RatRigs. One is non working in a box and one is built and non working. Both not working because of power supplies and induction sensors.
I got new sensors and power supplies last week (I have ordered them almost four months back.... In stock...)
I don't know, I am in large time debt, which I feel I can't catch up. It's very stressing as well, as there is a lot of work to get printers working, optimize Models, prepare webpage and do my main job all at once...
I though at least ten times to cancel the hooves...
But I will leave it up to you ponies, if you want you can cancel it anytime and you paid nothing, so for free and jump back when I get stuff working... Or recommend me to give up.
I just wanted to say, I didn't forget, I am just frustrated and don't know what to tell.

I am updating status, the hoofs are delayed.... I am joking.
I am currently printing hooves, and I think latex sleeves will be on then next month.
I think I can currently make 7 pairs of hooves per month, I am trying to scale it up even more, but I will see.
So first 5 ponies will have late Christmas :)

I am very appreciate everyone for waiting.
It was stressful and painful experience, but we are there.

Progress update, I have 5 pairs of hooves almost done (I am printing fifth pair) and they will start adding latex onto them next month.
For ponies in this order, I did not wanted pre-payment, BUT, starting with next month (year), I will want 50% pre-payment. I did not take them yet, because I did not had confidence in myself, but five pairs is good reason to gain some.

Secondary, I will ask ponies about sizes. I have size chart for your hand and I have size chart for latex sleeve. I will ask ponies as they will get next in queue, but if you want write it down now, you can, I will create post explaining sizes.

I would appreciate photos of ponies in my hooves, once you get them, as promotional photos for me.
Its not requirement, but it would help me a lot. So if you like being public horse, and you have my hoof, please share, it will help a lot.

As you can see from size of this community, 30 is not much.

Write me these information at any time if you want, it will help me a lot.
