So I have reworked few requested features:
- I have added support for harder TPE from Fiberlogy, which has much more color options than soft one I am currently using. So it's an option now.
- I have made glowing hooves and matte hooves cheaper and moved them to permanent selection
- I have added zipper color as an option, Black and White, so people can choose zipper

More filament, more work on hooves :)

I am slowly finishing other hoof for this pair, and then I will print out one more pair and then it will go to the Latex Vogue for latex.

I am working on all your orders, if anyone has any questions, you can always write to me on @TekuSP

(Also comparison of XL to M)

I have a strange defect appearing only on XL hooves which I spent the last two weeks debugging.
And I have decided to not wait more and send current 5 pairs to Latex Vogue for latex sleeves, so hopefully in one month they could be delivered to customers. I am sorry about delays, and hopefully I will be able to fit remaining two pairs in that one month window... But we will see.

Huge success, I have diagnosed the problem, ordered replacement parts, and made workarounds. I believe I will send two remaining pairs next week, and they will make it in batch as well!
Yay!

I am finishing the last pair in queue :)
I should be able to send them for latex soon hopefully too.

Previous ones are still processing with Latex Vogue.

I am keeping this topic away for some time, but welp, it seems I can't escape it.

Trump Tariffs and current orders, because I am in the EU.
The current orders, maybe will pay tariffs, if that happens, just send me some receipt and I will refund that amount back to you, via PayPal or via card you paid with (Depending on the bank).

Current hooves in works should be done at the end of the month/beginning of next month. But no one expected tariffs when they ordered, so I will cover them.

For new orders, I honestly have to put some label on the website with warning, but I have no clue the size of the tariffs as it keeps changing with Trump constantly.

It's meh.

I finally got a done confirmation from Latex Vogue. The matte ones look really good. I will update everyone once I have them and ship them.

Hooves. I am gonna go ship them now. 7 pairs.

The three which are going to the US, have tariffs prepaid, but will still need to fill out some form with DHL.

Hooves up.

Also matte are very nice.

I am also now calculating import fees/tariffs for USA, UK, Japan and Australia, so you can see while ordering how much it will cost as final product.
Also everyone who bought hooves, please leave your honest review of them on the website:

Would ponies be interested in pony hoods from Garuda Workshop with pre-order price of 700 EUR, from TPU/TPE with latex hood with zipper from rear? Where would be 450 EUR upfront and 250 EUR when made?

The idea is very simple.
Build a CoreXY AWD Toolchanger, with 4x toolheads, which each feed from pellet tools, which allows 3x different color TPEs and 1x support material.

Idea for the hood is, I will create online editor where you will be able to load patterns from PNG or draw your own online. Also I would like to pay Garuda to provide 15-20x base designs, which you can choose and just swap colors.

Idea with pellets is, pellets are much cheaper than filament, and print much faster, mainly the TPU. Issue with pellets commercially is how heavy toolhead is, but I solved that with AWD CoreXY. It's something which was never previously built, as far as I know.

On the TPE hood, I would get from Latex Vogue attached hood, from latex, or some synthetic rubber (for allergies). Hood would have rear zipper, for easier access.

The TPE part would be done from soft TPE, but very thick, which would lead to harder feeling of the hood (So it's not floppy) but very comfortable.

Ask if you have more questions :)

I will be on PonyCamp Denmark with bad hooves, if anyone wants, they are mostly free for grab, if you find the correct pair :)

I have decided to try out two multi material solutions:
A) Palette 2S Pro, it's laser cutter and welder for filaments, you have one filament going to printer, and it cuts and welds another color to it, so when your printer gets to that part, it has different color
B) Bondtech INDX for my Micron+ printer, should allow colorful hooves with patterns, like zebra, it's multi-toolhead solution

I still plan a new printer, it's just on the back burner now, as I am trying to finalize its design.

I also sent two pairs of hooves to Latex Vogue.

Sadly this year, I had only 9 orders, which is a drop from 20 last year.
