So how are TekuSP's workshop standing after a year?
We had many failures and some delays. We have shipped one pair with bad inside, somehow skipping product inspection part, still don't understand how it happened.
It was busy year, with a lot of to learn.
It wasn't financially great year, electricity and material spiked, and we have invested into two bad choice printers.
But, we survived and I am hopefully next year it will get better, waiting times shorter, hooves with higher quality.
I am slowly getting to repay a loan for those two printers which I can't sell now.
But I am happy with every photo you ponies send me, or I see in groups, of hooves you love and enjoy, it brings joy to my heart.
I hope next year I will have capacity for pony hoods as well ^^

I have printed out L black hooves by mistake. They could have latex added next month if someone will be interested. You will skip the queue, as they are already done. And I offer 10% discount. DM me @TekuSP if interested!

Another change, I am now shipping with DHL instead of DPD, due to high unreliability and extremely slow speed.
For current orders, nothing changes, just your package will get delivered by DHL, you pay nothing more.
For new customers, welp, DHL is cheaper or more expensive on your country.

To have positive stuff as well, Voron is printing with high yield, which is good.
It just needs a brother to print even faster together.
If I sold 10 hooves at once, I could buy and build the second printer.
Same goes for heads/masks.
I am ready for two colored heads, then printer is busy. Getting hooves on second one and let this one handle heads would help a lot as well. Let me know in the group chat, or by tagging me @TekuSP if you think such goal is possible and you wanna help with it.

And I am also looking at you, yes you, you pony with my hooves.

And then there was a light. First XL hooves are born. And they are huge!

I have faulty M hoof. Its getting tradition now.... I have issues with insides being bumpy, not being smooth and I don't know why.

I think its faulty extruder or fan, or both. I have new fan ready to replace the old one, but extruder is 4000 CZK.... So I need to wait a bit to save for it.

So last batch of hooves is finished with latex and I will ship this or next week :)

So I shipped 8 pairs of hooves with DHL today ^^
So hopefully soon with their new owners ^^

So, all other than one pair (Which is waiting in a Depo for customer) are all delivered. Wow. That was faster than expected, even USA is managed today. Good work DHL.

I shipped one pair of hooves without sleeves today ^^
I am working on hooves with sleeves currently, it's 5 pairs currently and they could be all printed out at beginning of next month latest.

I am still alive and working on next batch of hooves.
That should be 6 pairs.
I had some delays because of printer repair and unavailability of spare parts...
It's rare to print from flexible materials, and many things can go wrong easily. And not everyone has everything up in stock. And waiting a 2-3 weeks for China is little depressing.
But everything is now fixed and running and printing.

+ I am building new small printer, Voron Micron+, which should be dedicated for hooves only, which should allow me to start doing other stuff like, hoods and harnesses and other pony concepts I have in my head.
