If you've submitted your Pi KYC over a month ago and it’s still pending verification, follow these steps to address the issue:

STEP 1
Open the Pi App (not the Pi Browser).

STEP 2
Tap the three-line menu at the top left corner of your screen.

STEP 3
Scroll down to Profile, click on it, and copy both your Username and the Verified Email Address associated with the account.

STEP 4
Return to the main menu by clicking the three-line icon at the top left.

STEP 5
Go to Support Portal. This will open in your Chrome browser.

STEP 6
Scroll down to Suggested Forms and click on KYC IN EMAIL REQUEST.

STEP 7
Complete the form with accurate details.

STEP 8
Under Application, choose one of the options that best describes your issue, such as:
Problem with consent, age, country, or ID type selection on the first screen
Issue with uploading the ID document (e.g., “picture extraction failed”)
Difficulty reviewing or editing information (e.g., unable to change country or ID type)
Concerns regarding personal data security

STEP 9
In the Description field, briefly explain your issue. Be direct and clear.

STEP 10
If available, upload any relevant Screenshots of the issue.

STEP 11
Submit the form and wait for a response.
Once your KYC application is reviewed, you may receive an option to re-submit. When redoing it, double-check to avoid any mistakes.
