Role of Virtual Biopsy in the Management of Cancer
The virtual biopsy may provide a robust, non-invasive alternative in the surveillance and management of several types of cancer.
This new imaging-based technique can extract encoded data from routine medical imaging scans and formulate likelihoods to help characterize tissue for screening for cancer, diagnosing and grading cancer, planning oncologic treatment, and predicting the prognosis of disease--all without any surgical or invasive intervention.
Although its use has been primarily studied in the oncologic setting, it can potentially be used for any disease process that requires analysis of its pathogenesis.
Here, we discuss the technique of virtual biopsy, the variety of ways physicians can utilize it, and its impact on the outcomes of patients and healthcare.

The Secret of AI application in lung cancer disease
Lung cancer is the leading cause of malignancy-related mortality worldwide due to its heterogeneous features and diagnosis at a late stage. Artificial intelligence (AI) is good at handling a large volume of computational and repeated labor work and is suitable for assisting doctors in analyzing image-dominant diseases like lung cancer.
Scientists have shown long-standing efforts to apply AI in lung cancer screening via CXR and chest CT since the 1960s. Several grand challenges were held to find the best AI model. Currently, the FDA has approved several AI programs in CXR and chest CT reading, enabling AI systems to participate in lung cancer detection.
Following the success of AI application in radiology, AI was applied to digitalized whole slide imaging (WSI) annotation. Integrating with more information, like demographics and clinical data, the AI systems could play a role in decision-making by classifying EGFR mutations and PD-L1 expression.
AI systems also help clinicians to estimate the patient's prognosis by predicting drug response, the tumor recurrence rate after surgery, radiotherapy response, and side effects. Though there are still some obstacles, deploying AI systems in the clinical workflow is vital for the foreseeable future.

«الان افسوس میخورم که چرا در پروژههای بیشتری شرکت نکردم! دوران دانشجویی گذشت و تنها چیزی که از آن با خودم آوردم تجربههایی بود که کسب کرده بودم. حیف که این تجربهها کم بودند».
هرگاه با دوستانم نشستوبرخاستی داریم این جملات را میشنوم! 😔

How to repair and troubleshoot triple screw pump (diesel injection).
A triple screw pump is placed in the category of positive displacement pumps and is used to transfer fluid with high pressure; due to its simple structure and high pressure, this pump is very popular among industries. In addition to creating high pressure, this pump is able to transfer a significant flow of fluid with different viscosities. Considering the sensitivity of this pump and the importance of its repairs and maintenance, in this workshop, I intend to present to you how to repair and troubleshoot this type of pump so that it will be useful for you in the operation and repairs of this pump. Things like replacing the mechanical seals, fixing screws, inspecting axles and housings, replacing bearings and fixing pressure problems, etc.
