In recent years, the 2017 U17 India batch is the most successful Age group team in the country.

1) Of the 21 players who represented India🇮🇳 in the U17 World Cup, 17 are playing in the 1st Division of Indian Football.

And 8 players are playing regularly in the first team. (1/4)
Whereas,

2.) From the Team that represented India in the 2012 U16 Asian Cup, only 4 players currently have an ISL contract and are not exactly first-team players.

3.) From the 2008 U16 Asian Cup Batch, only 1 player is playing regular football in the ISL. (2/4)
Now India has managed to qualify for the last three U16 Asian Cup Tournaments ( 2018, 2020, and 2023)

Therefore, it becomes very important for AIFF to ensure the best possible plan for these players to transition into regular starters for their ISL teams. (3/4)
According to you, what steps should AIFF take to ensure more and more age group players play in the ISL?

(4/4)
As a Mohun Bagan supporter, which fixture are you most excited about in 2023?

P.S - All three games are to be played at the Salt Lake Stadium.
Reserve teams of Mumbai City FC, Chennaiyin FC, East Bengal FC, FC Goa, Bengaluru FC and Hyderabad FC to participate in I-League 2 (Third Division of Indian Football).

2016 Season- 21,003
2017-18 Season- 15,047

2019-20 Season- 12,973
2020-22 Season- NA

What are the possible reasons?
The most surprising thing about Chhangte's career has to be the fact that he made his India International Debut before making his ISL or I-League debut.

@realanushh Rowlin made his I-League Debut in 2011, and National Team debut in 2015.

Same with Jairu, made his I-League debut before his International Debut.
@davareyoli007 He made his ISL debut with NorthEast, followed by I-League debut with DSK.
India's biggest win in a FIFA World Cup Qualifier was against Brunei on 20th May 2001.

It was also the last time when Baichung Bhutia, IM Vijayan, and Jo Paul Ancheri, all three of them scored in the same match for India.

Scoreline: 🇮🇳 5-0🇧🇳

Apart from his goal scoring ability, one other thing Chhangte has significantly improved is his Passing Accuracy.

In the 2019-20 season, his passing accuracy was 56%, and in his current season, he is enjoying an accuracy of 75%.

2019-20: 56%
2020-21: 60%
2021-22: 70%
Now: 75%
As SaltLake Stadium was getting renovated, teams like EBFC & MB moved out of Kolkata and played a few of their games in Siliguri.

Both teams received great local support during matchdays.

Similarly, do you want your ISL club to play home games in multiple cities?

If so, where?
@arkya29_ Mohun Played in Siliguri too. Their famous 5-0 win over Bengaluru was played in the Kanchenjunga Stadium.
Very encouraging to see the packed crowd in Kolhapur, MH for Maharashtra vs Bengal Santosh Trophy match. https://t.co/xugMpKqj9C
