c. expect late replies from me since I also have some things to do.

d. payment first. and please, always send your receipt.

e. handle your buyers well.

f. in reporting, make sure that your given information (account email / pass) is correct.

g. strictly no order cancellations. specially if we have already made your order. do not place one if you (my buyer) is unsure.

༉‧₊˚ guidelines for reporting

1. please please double check first before sending concerns. baka may typo lang sa infos na nilologin, baka nalogout lang — relogin lang. check your connection din po, nakikita naman yung error sa screen if ano sinasabi. if sure na di talaga makapasok, tsaka po sa akin ireport.

2. avoid sending screenshot ng details, paki-send po mismo yung text (email & pass) ng sinend ko sa inyo.

3. check if sa akin ba talaga binili or not, check if correct infos ba ang reported baka sa ibang shop para di na ako mahirapan hanapin sa notes.

4. kung kailan po nag-send ng report yun po ang inonote ko na date reported. hindi po ako magaaccept ng "nung 21 pa po yun eh" pero nireport after ilang days na. no extension for that. if when masira, ireport po agad para fair sa both side natin.

5. please no rushing when it comes to fixing. once maseen ko na po yan meaning noted na. wag mag-up ng mag-up ng chat kase nawawala ako sa babalikan ko. extend your patience lang po, wag yung kakareport lang eh ask agad ng update nakakapressure lang po sa pagaayos yun.

ayan langgg, di naman po ako nagpapa-form ng sobrang haba na parang akala mo nag-apply sa trabaho.

applicable for solo accounts only na pinurchase sa akin, if ever po magpapa-renew the day po ng expiration niyo, abisuhan niyo na po ako para di magalaw. sample 14th niyo kinuha yung acc, by 13 pa lang po magsabi na ipapa-renew na.

di ko na po kasi mahahabol once mabigay na sa iba yung account — for new acc na po kayo nun.

make sure also na working pa po siya, not wiped / hold / incorrect password bago niyo po ipa-renew yung account.

kapag may reports na:

screen limit (unless double screen pero if wala wag na ireport)
nabago name
error codes (please see google for the error code # + netflix fix keyword!)
connection issues

if pwede wag niyo na report saken alam niyo na fix dyan sa tanang paggamit niyo ng netflix 😭 wiped/inco/hold or tv code (household) reports na lang if pwede para iwas intindihin na salamat! pls handle your buyers yan ang role niyo as a reseller/buyer. wag niyo po iasa saken lahat.
