The Aventus Cloud Tokenomics Enhancement proposal has officially passed with a quorum of 192%, introducing three key changes.

The changes focus on making node ownership more rewarding and straightforward for all participants:
> Simplified AVT Emissions: A flat daily rate of 14,625 AVT replaces the previous concave curve model, ensuring early node operators receive consistent rewards from day one.
> Adjusted Staking Rate: The staking requirement increases to 10,000 AVT per +1 virtual node weight, making node purchases approximately 3x more cost-effective than staking alone.
> Upfront Appchain Token Allocation: Node owners will receive up to 5% of each appchain's total token supply upfront, distributed over 3 years on a halving schedule.
These changes provide a more predictable economics model for node operators, while encouraging fairer distribution and broader network decentralisation.
The changes will take effect immediately upon implementation, applying to all active and newly activated nodes.
