Google appears to be expanding Quick Share’s AirDrop support to older Pixel devices!

Reports suggest Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro and the original Pixel Tablet are starting to receive notifications for sharing files directly with iPhones via AirDrop.

That means Android ↔️ iPhone file sharing could become much easier without third-party apps. 📱↔️🍎

⚠️ It’s still a phased rollout, and Google hasn’t officially confirmed the full list yet. Google’s current support page still lists Pixel 8a and newer for AirDrop compatibility.
