According to market intelligence firm Sensor Tower, Grand Theft Auto VI has already reached around 4.6M pre-orders ahead of its November 19, 2026 release on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
🎮 77% of tracked pre-orders are on PS5
💰 Strong demand for the $100 Ultimate Edition
📈 Estimated pre-order revenue has surpassed $429M
For comparison, GTA V reportedly had around 7M total pre-orders.
That puts GTA VI on an insane trajectory - and this is before launch. 👀
However, Take-Two has reportedly noted that these third-party estimates are not final indicators of demand.
