Apple launches an interesting leasing program in the US. I don't think it will be available in India anytime soon.

Called Apple Upgrade, it lets you get an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch by paying a monthly fee instead of paying the full price at once.

Plans start at $17.99/month for iPhone, $11.99/month for Apple Watch and iPad, and $24.99/month for Mac. You can choose 12 or 24 months for iPhone and Apple Watch, while iPad and Mac are available with 24 or 36-month plans.

You don't need to exchange your old device. Trading in an old device is optional and only helps lower your monthly payment.

For iPhones, you must use a postpaid plan from AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile. A quick credit check is also required before approval.

When your plan ends, you have three choices: return the device, pay the remaining amount and keep it, or upgrade to a newer model with a new plan.

Apple says there are no extra leasing charges, so if you decide to keep the device, you only pay the remaining

The Pixel Watch 5 just appeared early in Google's Health app. 👀

Xbox Adds 200M Players... But Revenue Still Falls 📉🎮

Microsoft's Xbox business had a mixed year:

• Xbox revenue dropped by $1.7 billion (around 5% YoY)
• Hardware revenue fell 29% due to weaker console sales
• Despite that, Xbox gained 200 million new players across its ecosystem

Microsoft says it expects Xbox to return to growth by the end of FY2027, but the gaming division has already seen 3,200 job cuts and several studios change ownership.
