Apple is reportedly asking the Trump administration to let it use memory chips from China's CXMT and YMTC in products sold outside the U.S.

Micron is against the move. It says using Chinese memory chips could hurt U.S. chip companies and create national security risks.

Memory chip prices have gone up sharply because AI companies are buying huge amounts of them. That has already made some MacBooks and iPads more expensive, and prices could rise even more next year.

GTA VI physical copies in Japan come with a catch.

The Japanese retail edition is a "code-in-a-box" instead of a game disc, and that redemption code expires after 170 days due to local regulations.

Instagram is removing videos that use Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses to harass strangers, including prank, pickup, and hidden-camera content.

• Accounts violating the policy are being suspended.
