iPhone 18 Pro to get a HUGE upgrade!

It’s A20 Pro chip, built on TSMC’s 2nm process, is expected to bring noticeable improvements in performance and battery life.

But that’s not even the most interesting part.

Apple is also rumoured to adopt a new packaging technology called WMCM, which places the RAM alongside the SoC within the same package. This could improve heat dissipation while allowing faster communication between components.

That could mean:
- Better power efficiency
- Improved thermals
- Better sustained gaming performance
- Faster on-device AI workloads

Rumors also suggest the memory interface could increase from 64-bit to 96-bit, potentially boosting memory bandwidth by up to 50%.

This chip is going to be insanely powerful for a phone.
