Battling tight deadlines in software engineering demands steel nerves. πͺ
India startup funding hits $11B in 2025 as investors grow more selective
Indiaβs startup ecosystem raised nearly $11 billion in 2025, but investors wrote far fewer checks and grew more selective about where they took risk, underscoring how the worldβs third most-funded startup market is diverging from the AI-fueled capital concentration seen in the U.S.
The selective approach was most evident in deal-making. The number of startup funding rounds fell by nearly 39% from a year earlier, to 1,518 deals, according to Tracxn. Total funding slipped more modestly β down just over 17% to $10.5 billion.
That pullback was not uniform. Seed-stage funding fell sharply to $1.1 billion in 2025, down 30% from 2024, as investors cut back on more experimental bets. Late-stage funding also cooled, slipping to $5.5 billion, a 26% decline from last year, amid tougher scrutiny of scale, profitability, and exit prospects. However, early-stage funding proved more resilient, rising to $3.9 billion, up 7% y-o-y.

You may soon be able to change your Gmail address
Good news for anyone tired of or embarrassed by their current Gmail address: You may soon be able to change it without losing access to your old emails and files.
As first spotted by the Google Pixel Hub group on Telegram and subsequently reported in 9to5Google, a Hindi version of the Gmail support website states that Google is βgradually rolling out to all usersβ the ability to change the email address tied to their Google account, including changing from their current Gmail address to βto a new email address that ends in gmail .com.β
If you make the switch, your old Gmail address should still work as an alias, and youβll be able to sign into Google services with either your new or old address. However, you wonβt be able to create any additional Gmail addresses tied to your account for another 12 months.

Many Arsenal fans hate Manchester United because they score goals with five passes. On the other hand, Arsenal showed us a beautiful game by passing the ball with more than 20 passes. In fact, all those passes can end up being a mistake.
In software, there are those who create a functional app and sell it without worrying about the UI. They say it works and it works.
Others are more concerned with the UI. They spend months redesigning. In the end, it is not as good as they want. Arsenal are one of those people.
But now it seems like they should be a trophy team. It is not good, but it is seen when they come out with points.
My main point is not the ball. If you get my point, let's be results-oriented.

Solana Tops All Major Blockchains in 2025 Revenue, Claims Industry Leadershipπͺ
Solana topped all blockchains in 2025 by generating about $1.3 billion in revenue, far surpassing Ethereumβs ~$524 million, driven mainly by booming DeFi and memecoin trading. The performance highlights Solanaβs high-speed, low-fee design and growing on-chain activity, even as some in the community question why SOLβs price hasnβt fully reflected these strong fundamentals yet.

Many people say that the hardest part of working as a freelancer on platforms like Upwork is getting your first order. I agree and one of the challenges is being able to deliver with a strong and consistent attitude when the work starts coming in.
Samsung plans to bring Google Photos to its TVs in 2026
For years now, to enjoy their photos or videos on the big screen, Google Photos users had to either cast their photos to their Android TVs, or sideload the app to use it. The app is now finally getting a version for Samsung TVs: The Korean tech giant on Monday said it plans to bring Google Photos to its TVs in 2026.
The company said the initial version of the Google Photos integration will show curated photos and videos through the Memories feature, which will be exclusive to Samsung for six months. The company said users will need to sign in to their Google accounts to have photos and videos appear on its TVs.
Samsung also said it plans to add support for AI-powered features like Nano Banana-powered templates, image generation and editing, and the Remix feature, which lets you convert an existing photo to a different style.
βG.Photos is a home for peopleβs photos and videos, helping them organize and bring their memories to life.
