British startup Hydro Wind Energy has unveiled the Quench Sea, a compact seawater desalination device no larger than an iron.

The device weighs 700 grams and can process up to 3 liters of fresh water per hour. And powerful filters allow you to filter the liquid not only from impurities and salts, but also from bacteria.

The price for the Quench Sea desalinated water is about $100.

Hadrian X robot can build house in two days

Australian company Fastbrick Robotics has built a robot Andrian (Hadrian X), named after the famous Roman-built Hadrian's 117 km-long Wall.

Unlike the Emperor, the robot is said to be able to build an entire house in just two days. It uses a robot arm to lay bricks on a special adhesive mortar at a speed of up to 1000 bricks per hour, which is 4 times faster than it takes human.

And the cost of such speed is 10% lower than the cost of conventional builders.
